Worth every penny
This helmet is an amazing product for the price. Extremely light and comfortable. No problems wearing it all day riding. Kali is a young company but they already have products to compete with the big guys.

Awesome Helmet!!
I bought this Helmet back in April, and decided I wanted to really test it out prior to stating my opinion. Thus far I have no complaints what so ever. I rode nearly EVERY SINGLE DAY during the hot Texas summer and couldn’t be happier with the air flow and circulation of the helmet. Even when stopped in traffic it didn’t feel all to stifling. Going into winter I’ve been doing my riding as well(not as much as I'd like to#. We've so far had maybe one cold day #35 degrees), and cant say I didn’t enjoy it. My face didn’t go numb from being cold like it had with an AGV I used to sport, so that’s a plus!! My only complaint would be that it does fog up a bit, but once you start moving it dissipates rather quickly. The thing I love most of this helmet is that its unbelievably light, you kinda forget you have it on sometimes. As far as noise is concerned, I really don’t know... I always ride with my headphones in blaring full blast to try and drown out my loud pipes, but I can still hear em even through the music. So I guess the noise level is a bit on the loud side. When it comes to style, I've gotten nothing but compliments from bikers and cagers alike.

Excellent bang for the buck
I've been riding with this helmet for about a month now and have been very pleased with it thus far. My first impressions of the helmet were very positive. The helmet looks great, I really love the graphics, and the carbon fiber elements really add to the appeal. The extras that come with the helmet, mainly the carrying case, were a really nice plus as well.
I found the fit of the helmet to be very comfortable with plenty of room for headphones, etc, and found that the fit seemed to be very close to that of the Shoei RF1100. As far as visors go, I have all 3(clear, smoke, mirror), but seem to spend most of my time using the mirrored one. Vision-wise, all 3 are great, with a fairly wide FOV, and no distortion. Airflow seems adequate so far, but I haven't really tested it in too hot of weather yet.
Wind noise I would say is probably about average; I typically ride with ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones when I ride though so It hasn't been a problem. Build quality and construction is quite good, although I would say not quite at the level as my previous Arai helmet. In terms of aerodynamics and stability the helmet performs very well, and has been very stable, with little to no buffeting, even at very high speeds.
At this price point, with the awesome styling and innovative safety features, you'd be hard pressed to find a much better helmet out there.

Not Quite There Yet . . . .
I was looking for a carbon helmet and chose the Kali based on price -- less than others on the market. While it fit my head, the check pads are too thick and press into my face. Comes with an even larger set, which was interesting. No smaller pads available. Biggest problem is the face shield -- very cheap looking -- almost distorted vision. Takes away from an otherwise very nice and well made helmet.

you get a little more than what you pay for
ive been riding in this helmet for about a month now.
pros: light weight, wide field of vision, excellent fit, user friendly even with gloves on, cool appearance, stable at high speeds, good price, comes with two sets of cheek pads, fully removable and washable inner liners, plenty of room around the ears for ear buds, headphones, bluetooth unit, etc. chin strap long enough you dont have to unfasten from d-rings to put on or take off helmet for quick departure.
cons: wind noise a bit on the loud side, with clear shield on and in the up position if it gets bumped it pops out of the retainer on the left side only, needs better ventilation but adequate at highway speeds.
