Kabuto Kamui Fluente Helmet
Offers a lot for the price.
I bought the white Fluente for $209. I've been riding with it for over 1000 miles now. It comes with a made in Belgium pinlock insert, a nose deflector, and a jaw wind deflector.
First things first, my head is really round and big, and I wear framed glasses all the time. I have tried almost every helmet at 4 local stores and only some Arai ones fit well. I wanted a less pricey helmet and started search with fit on Revzilla. This Kabuto Kamui pops up but I have never heard of it. I did some research and found out they are legit. I decided to give it a go since I don't have much choice. I bought a 2XL one which turns out to fit snug. It didn't have any pressure point but I still feel a bit tight on left and right sides. The first time I wear it for over one hour, my temple area were really in pain. But after more mileage on it, it broke in and now I don't have many problems with its fitting.
Things I particularly like:
1) Overall fit. As I have mentioned, to find a fit for me is not an easy task.
2) Designed for glasses. I wear framed glasses all the time and this helmet designed a channel for the glasses legs. It turned out very good.
3) Built in sun shade. It is dark. But it holds in places well for me not as some other review suggested.
4) Easy to clean. The matte paint feels like Teflon. It doesn't stick and really easy to wipe clean.
5) Come with pinlock insert and some other accessories.
Things I don't like:
1) Noise. I don't have much experience with other helmets but I won't say this one is quite.
Things I like and don't like at the same time:
1) The quick release mechanism. I really like the functionality. It really easy to use and I don't think it is ever going to fail or worse than double D ring in terms of security. But the clips are very hard metal/plasitc and chunky. There is no padding between it and you neck and it touches your neck around Adam's apple area when you are not looking up. I learned that they have Kamui II now and I hope they improve in this are.

Quiet, comfortable, visible
Excellent bargain at the close-out price. The helmet doesn't whistle unless you open up the visor. The ratchet strap is very convenient. The hi-viz yellow color is exactly the right tint. Everything about it is good or excellent in my view. Basis for comparison: AFX FX-90, HJC CL-17.

Good for the Price Point
I primarily use Schuberth, Shoei and Arai helmets. I grabbed this Kabuto helmet for a passenger who rarely rides and it did not make sense to get a more expensive helmet for them.
I read a few reviews from reputable places which praised the quality of the helmet in general and liner specifically. While this is a very good helmet with many nice features like internal sun shade and pinlock it is a nice helmet at this price point. Though good, the quality of the liner is very far from what you would get with Shoei or Schubert and even Arai.
I am a fan of a ratchet chin strap closure vs. a D-ring closure. This ratchet chin strap is different than what you get with Nolan or Schuberth. It is more difficult to use. Like most things you get used to it but it is not as easy as others who use this type of system with better implementation.
At the price point it is a good lid. I was choosing between this and a Nolan on sale or clearance. If I were to do it again I'd probably grab a Nolan on sale. I even like the Scorpion models better. If you have the funds I'd really recommend paying up for a Schuberth, Shoei or Arai. I'm not sure it is worth the big price increase for those models but when I'm in the saddle for long periods of time I really appreciate the high quality liner materials the premium brand offer that you don't get with the less expensive brands.
This is a nice helmet but paying more definitely gets you more.

Best helmet I've purchased
Helmet fits great. True to size deflects wind very well very comfortable and light.

This helmet is overall good the only drawbacks were noise and ventilation. While it has several vents it did its jobs on warm days, on hotter days however the heat simply accumulated inside. The noise reduction is significant but could definetly improve.

This is more helmet for the price than anything out there! It is my daily helmet. It has all the features you could want. The only drawback - and Anthony points it out - is that the seal around the visor could be beefed up a bit. But other than that it is nearly perfect.

Great helmet at a great price
I was looking for a full face helmet and saw the Kabuto Kamui. The reviews were great, I liked the styling/colors, and the Revzilla price match sealed the deal. The helmet fit perfect as per the sizing chart. I have ridden with it on my Road King and my ZRX1200. Very aerodynamic shell, fairly quiet, and flows lots of air with the vents open. Very well made helmet with lots of included features for the selling price.

An absolute piece of junk
After trying two other helmets in my size and returning them because of pressure points and the fit being too tight, I tried this one on and thought the fit was quite comfortable at first, especially at the temples.
However, the product quality is cheap, I mean Chinese cheap. The chin guard did not fit properly and kept falling, which made me wonder if it was the right one for the helmet.
The built-in sun-visor was wobbly and loose from the get-go, and the icing on the cake was the moronic sticker on the sun-visor whose glue was impossible to remove. And with a huge glue smudge on it, the sun-visor is absolutely useless which was one of the main reasons for buying this junk to begin with. I was afraid to try any harder to get the glue off because the sun-visor felt a bit too flimsy to begin with.
Because I removed the stickers and cut off the tags based just on the fit, I may not be able to return the product but that's okay. I will chalk it up to a lesson learned and would never buy another Kabuto product ever again, and would not recommend it to anyone.
