Good value. Sizing on the small side.
Overall, a good value. Size is a little small. Specially around the jaw line. Ordered an XL. Fits great around the head, but pushes on the cheek that you have to force your jaw shut.

Good helmet for the right price
This is my first helmet that I have purchase or even owned so I don't have much to compare to. It is comfortable and the ventilation is very good. The chin ven cover seems a little flimsy. The little tab on it will most likely break at some point. The spring loaded mechanism for the sun visor is pretty cool and it works great.
Overall, it is a good purchase.

This is a great product with great features.
The HJC IS-16 Specter Helmet is a full face helmet, and is lightweight and the fit is great. The "SunShield Visor System" and the "Anti-Fog Face Shield" were 2 features I was interested in. Of course these features were secondary to the protection the helmet will provide in the event of a crash. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a full face helmet.

Partly Cloudy Days - Not to worry
Overall a good helmet for the price but it's best feature is the internal sliding sun visor. The sun visor worked great during my ride in Virginia on the Blue Ridge Parkway. During this ride the sun was in and out and the internal sun visor was a huge benefit. I didn't have to stop to put on or take of sun glasses. I also have a BlueAnt F4 bluetooth headset which works well with this helmet. The cut outs are not that bad as described in the video, at least not for use with the BlueAnt F4. This helmet is slightly louder on the highway than the more expensive helmets but than for the money and the internal sun visor, its an except-able trade off. Its a nice snug fit for me and although its slightly heavier than others, I can still wear it all day with easy.

Good Helmet for the price
Makes 2 weeks I am riding with this helmet. I choose this helmet because of the integrated sun visor easy to operate and doesnt cause any problems with my glasses...maybe a little darker would be better tho. the fir is good but the chin strap hits my neck so i have to do it up a little looser apart from that there is some noise coming from the sun visor mecanisnm but only in a certain position so i dont consider it annoying. I recommend if you are in a sunny enviroment and you have glasses. If i wouldn't of had glasses I wouldnt buy a sunvisor integrated helmet

Great features for a great price
Comfortable fit, nice art work. One thing I find wrong is the visor seems to stick in the down position, that kink may work itself out over time but so far worth buying the helmet.

Wonderful Helmet
The IS-16 has been a awesome helmet. It is quiet with the shield down, seals well. The vent move enough air to keep the helmet cool on warm days. The helmet is comfortable yet snug, and doesn't want to shift during bumps. The helmet is light enough that your neck doesn't get tired after a long ride.
