I bought this screen after seeing it on a fellow club members BMW R1200GS. I've looked at it several times, but honestly I wasn't sure about how it would look on the bike. Specifically, the two extra supports on the sides, but after seeing it in person, I felt it would fit well with the over-all style of the motorcycle.
Until this screen I used the Wunderlich Vario screen. Both another buddy of mine and I had the Vario screen on our bike, but the mechanism for holding the top of the screen in position kept coming loose. The Givi screen does not have this problem. It has a very nice mechanism for holding the upper screen in a place.
This screen also does a great job of moving the air up and over. No more buffeting! I can now cruise down the interstate at 70-75 all day and it is nice and quite. I use an Arai X4 helmet and before this screen I would get buffeting and a vibration in the helmets beak. Now I can really enjoy cruising at I higher speeds if needed.
I have the screen positioned on one click from the bottom on the side adjusters. There is plenty of room behind the screen for my GPS even at this position.
I would recommend this screen to anyone, even taller guys/gals for their GS. I'm 5'10' and have the upper screen a little less than an inch from being all the way down. There is plenty of adjustment for taller riders.

Installation was relatively easy. Fit and finish is great. The screen works very well for me at 60mph or less. Anything over 60mph, the buffeting is worse than the stock screen. Extended runs over 70mph are nearly unbearable regardless of how the screen is adjusted. I'm 6' 1" with a 32" inseam. Using a Corbin seat on the lowest setting and wearing a Shoei Neotec.

This is for a 2011 BMW GS. This shield works very well from my limited experience of 100 miles or so (it's winter here). The buffeting is gone and it is very quiet even at interstate speeds in traffic. I had a Wunderlich Vario shield and tried various angles and heights and ended up having it set all the way up and forward which worked reasonably well. The main issue I had with the Wunderlich shield was it was too narrow at the top. The wind would hit my shoulders and then route up to the bottom of the helmet causing noise and buffeting. I have none of that with the GIVI. The setting I use with the Givi is about a mid tilt and with the upper portion halfway up it gives a great pocket of still, quiet air. Moving the upper portion down allows more air to reach you which will be great for hot summer days. It also lowers far enough for off roading and if desired the upper portion comes completely off in about 10 seconds.
The installation instructions are semi useless, but if you look at it a while you can figure it out.
I am 6'2" with a 34" inseam.

Instructions poor, seems overpriced, but it works and looks good
Instructions require disassembly of existing windshield to reuse rubber and screws. They could have included these parts for the price. It does reduce the wind for my passenger when fully extended and looks good when fully compressed. Easy to use after installed.

Less than great for a Burgman 650
The Givi provides marginal improvement over the Burgman stock windshield. I had been using a Laminar Lip on the stock windshield of my 2013 Burgman 650. It reduced buffeting by a good margin and eliminated almost all bug impacts on my helmet visor. The Lip parted company with the windshield at 60 mph plus and despite intensive roadside searching couldn't be found.
At a little more than twice the cost of a replacement Lip the Givi seemed like a bargain, but in my case doesn't work that well. I'm 5-10 with a long torso and probably sit as high as most riders and inch or two taller than me.
At less than full windshield extension the Givi reduces buffeting less than the Lip. At full extension I'm looking throughout the windshield and experiencing noticeable back pressure on my shoulders and helmet which soon becomes annoying/taxing at highway speeds.
Installation was quick and easy: an extra pair of hands is a plus to eliminate the possibility of dropping or scratching the windshield while positioning and tightening screws. Fit and finish are excellent, windshield material is thick with minimal distortion. The side flares deflect much of the airflow from the hands.
Had I taken a short test ride before removing the stickers I would be trying to return it but I went right out on a 280 mile ride after installing it so that isn't an option.
Other riders might find the Givi windshield perfect for them: it is well made and fits perfectly.
Revzilla customer service was typically excellent: although the website indicated the item was not in stock the person helping me checked with (I think) Givi and got it ordered. He let me know that delivery might be more than a week but it ended up being 4 or 5 business days.

Overall -neutral to somewhat unhappy
I have an 05 GS. Install a little tricky as original BMW windshield adjustment screws are now too short . OEM retaining acorn nut cannot be used due to additional spacer now required. It would be too easy to totally unthread windshield adjustment screw and not know it till too late. I ended up putting Goop on end of adjustment screw so I had some idea I was at end of adjustment thread

I like the adjustable height windshield.. It certainly quieted the driver air pocket at just about any height . Air went well over top of helmet vs stock windshield or you could let it blast you in the face.
However, went thru a good thunderstorm yesterday, adjusted the secondary screen to highest position thinking the rain would go over the top and I'd stay dry. Didn't happen. The split screen somehow sucked the rain thru the gap between upper and lower screens and I got soaked as if there were no windshield at all. I guess I'll try plugging the gap with paper or sponge or something when it starts to rain
I'm leaving on a 2000 mile Rockies trip in 2 days and expecting rain often during next 10 days ride. It was one of the reasons I spent money on this upgraded windshield looking for air (and rain) protection.
So, disappointed in general and surprised not to see any other comments concerning rain protection pocket .

LOVE the adjustability.
I am 6'3" and the stock windshield made my head feel like it was bouncing around in a clothes dryer at highway speeds. So I read a lot of reviews and settled on the GIVI Airflow as a replacement.
I was concerned that it would not be high enough but it is just right. At full extension my line of sight is a couple of inches above the top of the upper screen. Best of all there is no wind buffeting. I find myself riding with my modular helmet in the up position most of the time with a big smile on my face.
The adjust-ability of the upper screen was not high on my priority list but ended up being on of the things I love about this windshield. In less than 10 seconds I can drop the upper shield out of my line of sight. So when we go off-road, enter some twisty road, or want more wind in my face it is available.
You have to be patient with the install but once completed the shield is solid.
If you cannot tell I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase.

WOW!! Love this!!
This windscreen just saves you. It really does an amazing job funneling the air up and over the rider and your passenger. Really great and stable and even wraps around my after market speakers. Also you can tell its built to last and will have many thousands of miles of air cutting ahead.
get it i promises will not be disappointed
