Strong, functional, and well-tested Monorack-style toprack for either general luggage or a Givi Monokey topcase. The light design allows the perfect adjustment of the plate to the motorcycle using unique adjustable fasteners. Includes fitting kit and all hardware needed for mounting.
All hardware needed to mount the Givi Monorack included. Installs quickly using simple hand tools. No welding or cutting of existing frame or body parts required. Tough black enamel finish with some gray fittings or hardware as applicable.
Love it! Note mounting issue with non-Givi side-rack.
Correct fit for my 2005 F650GS. I was looking for a better option than using a backpack. Bike-made backpacks like those from Kriega are $200+. With a compatible Monokey case, this has more capacity and I don't have to carry the load on my back for only $130 more than just a backpack. I can lock my helmet in it when going to the market or other shopping, and it can also be used for touring. This is the best, cheapest option for all my needs: work commuting, shopping, and touring. One note on fitment. If you have a non-Givi side-rack, you'll likely have to modify the mounting plate, as the two holes at the rear won't line up with the posts, since the posts will be offset from their intended location due to the other rack mount bolting onto the same location. Just drill a new hole for each post and get the proper round-head metric screws to secure it. Don't use the original flat-head screws, as the plate is not thick enough to allow you to counter-sink the holes.

Great Givi mount, solid build but some Install issues
I have not negative things to say about this mount. It is solid and the material with which the parts are made are light weight yet sturdy. Install is actually pretty easy, just make sure that, if you buy this mount for your BMW F650GS, that you have the exact model bike this mount was made for. It seems this one is specifically for 04-05 models. I bought this mount for my 02 F650GS since the product fitment section in the Revzilla page says that it does fit that model. In the end I found that it "kind of" does. But due to the rear fender of the F650GS being slightly different from 02 and 04 models (the 04 model rear fender has holes on the top of it that this Givi mount takes advantage of as points to bolt on to when installing). The 02 ABS F650GS model does NOT have those holes, so you CAN still install this mount to 02 model, but you won't be able to the way instructions tell you to. You won't be using all the bolts, only 2. End result its still pretty sturdy, but can't say its as sturdy as if installed normally. I still have yet to test this "modified" install with the weight of a Givi topcase. I think it should be fine. All in all the mount is still awesome and would recommend to get it - to do research on bike fitting.

Solidly built but had some trouble in mounting it to the bike. It was difficult to get all of the bolt holes to line up - more a problem of the bike itself than of the product. Trouble was worth the effort. I can now swap my Trekker top case between by F650G/S and my R1200G/S.

As with all Givi Products this is a tough and made to last product. Notably its constructed allowing a good gap to access the rear/tail compartment when the box is not attached.

I like that this mount has the extra two posts coming down at the back as opposed to just using the bolts on top of the rack. Feels very solid
