John P: my wife liked it and wanted it for her bikeSep 2, 2015
A shopper asked:Givi SR1123 / SR1123MM Top Case Rack Honda Forza 300 2013-2014 I can't quite tell what's being sold here. Is it a Monolock TopCase with Honda Forza-specific mounting hardware, or is it the mounting hardware only? If I want to buy a Monolock TopCase that is specifically equipped to be mounted on my 2014 Honda Forza, what do I need to buy?Aug 30, 2015
George B:This is the mounting hardware specific to the Forza. Very easy to install. Just need to drill four wholes in a plastic part, after removing the rear cover. Once installed, it looks like it belongs there with no loss in look for the bike. However, you then need to purchase a Givi case, which will snap on and off the mounting plate. I used the MonoKey v47 on my Forza and it works great, especially when going grocery shopping. Unfortunately, the total investment is close to $400, not the $70 or so for the mounting bracket. On the other hand, it looks great on the bike.
