Just what I needed to mount my Givi E370 case

Plate mounted to case snugly- a bit too tightly for the first time or two, as I had trouble unhooking it- and I have no doubt it is rock solid.
A note: this plate DOES have the mounting hardware to mount to the monorack system. The silver mounting brackets are not readily visible in the picture. I have the F703 monorack and E370 monolock case.
Yes, I recommend this product.
