Product surpassed expectations
Purchased these saddlebags to hopefully fit on a vehicle they are not designed for. Luckily they fit very well behind the front fenders of a Polaris Slingshot. The bottle holders face directly at the driver and passenger. Plenty of room for a long weekend get-a-way with the better half or a solid week going solo. The bags have held up on a few 3+ hour trips. Still have not tested the rain covers.

Biggest textile saddlebag on market
Two years with me, near 20k km on kawasaki ninja 500. Good water and dust protection. Easy to load-unload. Is not suited for small items storage. Good for tent, sleep-bag, shovel and pack of clothes and so on.
Ideal for two persons trip.

Bigger than they look
I have used these bags for about 1 month and put over 1,000 miles on them.
They were easy to install, and with the GIVI saddlebag brackets I don't have to worry about them leaning into the tires.
These bags are big enough to hold my XXL riding jacket on one side or my unarmored winter riding suit.
The reason I didn't give it 5-Stars is you are not supposed to exceed 75 MPH with them on, and my daily commute is an hour each way in excess of 75 MPH most of the time. so far there is no signs of wear but since reading that, I usually have the bags off for commuting and put them on for weekend 2-up riding.

VERY RELYABLE
Had these on my CBR600 and absolutely loved them. I used them for my daily commute, grocery shopping, errand running and anything else I could think of. I kept them on my bike all the time and they never let me down. the expandable panels were very convenient and the zippers top notch. overall the build quality was first rate and I thought they looked good and not out of place on my sport bike. They were very durable and lasted for two years until someone took me and my bike out at a red light. My bike was totaled and my tibia fractured, but the GIVI'S were still in one piece with my gear still neatly folded inside. Needless to say, I recommend this product.

Great option!
After three short holiday trips I can say I don't need a larger bag, not even a top case, since everything I needed fitted in this bags. It took me around 40 mins to install, since my bike has an uncommon rear end, so I had to work my way so turn lights would remain usable. Good thing is that I could remove the bags without changing the straps, so putting them on again took me 5 mins or less.

The only complaint I have is that even though they include a rain cover, this does not keep them dry. This might be because rain cover only has a lace type adjustment which at the end does not result very adjustable.

Good size to compliment the Givi EA101 bags I just bought own. We use both set of bags on our 2015 Polaris SlingShot!
Mark R on Dec 28, 2015
Looks like good bags at a good price. Good reviews. Large capacity, semi rigid, expandable. Givi makes nice products. More cost-effective for occasional touring use than investing $1000 in hard side cases.

I have one of the first sets of soft luggage made rka but their square shape does not leave room for my passenger on the back of my blackbird with the shape of these bags will look good on bike and with rounded shape she will be able to put her foot on pegs. Also did a lot of research trying to find soft luggage that was not to expensive and was good quality, givi make great hard bags so. Have every confidence these will perform as needed.

These look great, are they too large for a 2014 Triumph Thruxton though?
Johnathan P on Mar 1, 2016
Hi!! Is it 40 liters per bag?
Andrés P on Nov 29, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes they are quite large, they sit on my cb500x sorta well. In a perfect world I would buy some sort of support although that would be quite expansive.

I would mount these on a Buell 1125r.

Does this product require a pannier rack, or any mounting accessories other than what comes with the saddlebags? i have a 2013 Honda CB500x
Justin A on Apr 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Justin I mounted mine on OEM luggage brackets But a few years back I mounted a set of cortecht bags on a Kaw. EX500 with no racks no issues use zip ties, paracord, black tape not sure where your exhust is might need heat shield ? But these are great bags If you get them When using rain covers Use some kind of safety line I lost mine on 2nd ride hope this helps.
I am considering purchasing these givi ea100 saddlebags for my 2010 gs adventure but was concerned that they would sit to close to the exhaust using factory bag mounts, anyone have any experience with these?
A shopper on Feb 16, 2015
