Givi E21 Monokey Side Cases
If a big case is too big and too expensive, these are the bags for you
Slim and clean looking, these snap on the Givi racks for light weight touring. You can't touch a single bag for the price of this pair, though the newer 22 liter replacements have a different style, they should work as well.

Good for a good price
Purchased these for girlfriend's F650GS. They're sized right for daily use and commuting. Pop on easily and for the price I feel they're a good deal. They are flexible and time will tell as to durability. The flexing makes closing the lids a bit fiddly but not a major problem.
For the price you can't beat these.

Best Cases I've Owned!
Terrific form factor for commuting! Not too big - not too small! Well made and they feel durable. Locking mechanisms on the E21 are better than other Givi locks I've had. [Hint: use Teflon spray lube, silicone lube, and/or WD-40 in the key hole and key so you're cheap casted keys won't stress when unlocking cases].
Good news: the E21s are Great Cases! Bad news: installation of the Givi Racks!
The 450 racks that are required to mount these gems will test your patience, especially with the poor installation instructions [unless you read Italian and can use your imagination to fill in blueprint drawings that lack the detail you'll need to install]. Do yourself a favor: read up on installation on a user forum. And know how to splice wires.
If you're like me, you'll really like these cases after installation!

Perfect size, lockable & waterproof. Just what I wanted.
This is the perfect size for my new KLR650. I needed a lockable, watertight bag set that wasn't as big as aluminum suitcases. They are in good proportion for the size of my bike and don't stick out so far as to readily snag on brush. Can't beat 'em for the price.

Great for the size which is what I wanted. Easy to use
Only works with expensive rack systems. I used stock bonneville racks with stuff from Home Depot to attach these. They work as you would expect except they don't stay open. They have to be in the locked position for the key to be removed. They show scrapes very easily but overall its a great small size luggage bag.

Solid Cases, Great Price!
Have officially had these cases for 3 solid months now, and I ride a Suzuki GW250 (2013).
In the past few years of riding I have always commuted with an overloaded backpack, these cases are a godsend for saving my lower back the additional strain.
The cases themselves are great quality, spacious, top loading, and have an o-ring seal to keep the weather out. They scuff fairly easily on the outside; throwing the leg over the bike to go for a ride, or getting off the bike is when I've managed to scuff them the most. Favorite thing about them is the ease of mounting/dis-mounting the cases to the bike is a breeze and can be done with one hand (key/button system).
I regularly use one case as a briefcase for work related materials and extra clothes, I ride in, hop of my bike, grab case and go.
The instructions do state that the cases, when installed on your respective pannier racks should be evenly loaded and not packed with more than 10 lbs of gear max. I will definitely say that I have pushed the envelope on this- try two 1 gallon water jugs, my extra gloves and visor in one, and 25 lbs of raw steel material in the other. Never had any problems, although I wouldn't push it with much more than I have already put in them.
These cases along with the respective pannier racks to mount them will make your ride handle slightly differently, most noticeably when cornering. Not really a bad thing, I've found that having a somewhat heaver tail end gives me a bit more traction.
Great price for a pair of cases, will be purchasing a GIVI Monolock top case in the future.
Ride safe out there!

Great bags for the buck!
The Givi E21s arrived this morning. (along with the corresponding mounts) In less than 2 hrs. I had everything installed and ready to roll. Others have said the brackets were sometimes difficult to mount, but I didn't find that to be the case. It pays to have the proper tools however. Sure, these bags may not be as sturdy as higher priced models, but for the limited usage I'll put them to they'll do just fine. Plus, their narrow profile suits my needs as well. Highly recommend!

Cheap and Easy
These are entry-level cases for a reason. The plastic feels thin and has a very high flex rate, but so far they've been durable for me. You can fit quite a bit in them and still keep a narrow profile on your bike for lane sharing. Time will tell if the plastic isn't up to par, but for the money you can't beat them.
