Sporty looks and good performance! This D5108B windscreen looks great on the bike and performs its job as well as the stock windscreen if not a tad bit better. You do need to note that it is shorter (approximately 1-2") and a bit wider than the stock GS windscreen and will perform as the dimension differences suggest. I am 5' 8" tall and clean air does hit me mid to low helmet but has not been an issue. The shorter height is better for stand-up off-road riding (at my height) as my helmet no longer occasionally taps the windscreen like it would the stock height one. Installation of the shield was more of a a pain than it needed to be as the holes are slightly smaller than the stock windscreen making the rubber isolator bushings (grommets) hard to fit. great windscreen but does need spacers This is a great windscreen and looks great too. The only minor issue I ran into was when installing the support bracket I found that the brace that attaches to the bike frame needed a spacer(I used washers) so it would clear the 2 bolts on the frame. When you use the spacers it then lines up perfect with the support that attaches to the windscreen side. I hope this helps July 21, 2014
