Givi D5101ST Windscreen G650GS 2011 - 2013
Great upgrade to my BMW G650GS - recommended
My OEM windscreen on a BMW G650GS was horrible at highway speed. The shear later hit me in the middle of the face and created insane helmet noise levels. This larger screen, in conjunction with a touratech adjustable windscreen bracket cleaned up up most of the issue. Fit and finish on the Givi screen are great. Durability is unknown as I've only had it on for a about a week.

WOW!! Love this!!
This windscreen just saves you. It really does an amazing job funneling the air up and over the rider and your passenger. Really great and stable and even wraps around my after market speakers. Also you can tell its built to last and will have many thousands of miles of air cutting ahead.
get it i promises will not be disappointed

not perfect for 2002 Vstrom 1000
Good - nice protection for chest/torso area. I had previously used a way cut down suzuki tall (broken and needed replacement), the price was right so thought I'd try this. The extra protection is instantly noticed and appreciated.
Bad - It's a little wobbly, but more importantly creates a thumping type buffeting around my head at speed (5'9"). Seems a little better than the original suzuki tall I had once, but that thumping will make a guy crazy after a couple of hours. Will probably cut it down like I did with the suzuki tall, which resulted in clean air at my helmet and no headache ... although an overall more tiring experience due the additional body buffeting.

From postage stamp to touring with four screws
The GIvi windshield is a great upgrade compared to the original windshield. It greatly reduces the wind noise over the stock windshield. The whistling sound is gone at speeds less than 55. There is almost no buffering of wind on my chest and face up to speeds of 65. I can ride with my face shield up if needed. The wind deflects to the top of the helmet so that I don't feel the buffering at all, yet the wind still makes it into the vents in my helmet to keep me cool. The material is acrylic, so it will not be as durable as the polycarbonate, like Ztechnik. The windshield does not vibrate at most speeds. If you have a good crosswind, you do feel like you are pushed around a little more, but that can be expected from a touring windshield. I have not had to clean bugs off it yet, so we will see how much scratching happens. I will try to update that process at a later time. The additional size also keeps you warmer with less air in your chest. (BTW, I'm 5'6").
On install, use the rubber grommets from the factory windshield, and place the included rubber washers between the hubs and the windshield. It uses the original T25 screws. Retighten them after your first drive to make sure it is tight.
I found this cheaper on another site, called Revzilla, and they price matched. They also called the distributer and validated that I could get two of these since I have two bikes. Their customer service is exceptional, and I am willing to always shop here if I can get the parts. Thanks Anthony and team for having a business that caries a huge selection, great reviews, and feels like a small town experience.

excellent replacement windshield and the extra height is great
One suggestion is that you include new well nuts to replace original ones. I needed to locate new ones because original ones were compressed and unable to reuse. The fasteners would be appreciated by all buyers I am sure....Thanks Jas

Big upgrade over stock
I'm 6'0" and have used this screen for about a year. Being able to quickly and easily adjust the upper portion higher or lower is great. I remove it completely when riding off road and feel pretty safe with the lower 1/2 on.
Know that if you remove the Givi 'sticker' from the face of the screen you'll want to invest a reasonable amount of time to get all the sticky residue off. It is really on there! WD40 works wonders.
I'd still consider the left and right wings to reduce wind buffer but all in all this is a great upgrade.
