Very stylish and complementing to the AN650 Burgman. The Givi D257 ST Windscreen is custom designed to complement the look of the AN650 Burgman. It is very easy to install and the fit is perfect, it also uses the orginal stock hardware to install. It is taller, wider and gently rolls out toward the bottom of the windscreen to shield the levers and grips from wind and rain. The Givi Windscreen being larger moves the air out and over the rider much better than the stock windscreen. I am glade I purchased it. March 18, 2013
Givi windscreen for Burgman 650 A great product, it has lived up to and surpassed all expectations! very good service and fast delivery to Australia! no helmet buffiting, and great to see through.. Many thanks Allan. February 23, 2013
6'2, 32" inseam - A very nice change from stock I've been riding with the Givi replacement windscreen for a few weeks now and the difference between it and stock is night and day. Most notable (to me) is that my hands don't get cold anymore. There is still some wind-buffeting of my head, but it seems to come from the sides more than the front now. The air IS being directed over my head (I can tell because if I sit about four inches higher in my seat I can really feel/hear it). Ducking my head down a few inches results in an almost total elimination of buffeting. Installation was very easy, even for a mechanically inept, less-than-a-month's-worth-of-riding novice like myself. I considered the Clearview replacement with a vent (this is about the same size as a Clearview XL) and decided to take a chance on the Givi at a little more than half the cost. I'm very happy with my decision and recommend the Givi to Burgman owners looking for a replacement. July 16, 2012
Great wind protection for the Burgman I would highly recommend this product as it is a must for Burgman 650 owners. Stops most of the wind from beating you in the face and provides a stylish look to the bike. June 18, 2012
Much better than the stock windshield on my Suzuki 650 Burgman. Great windshield! So much better than the stock windshield, especially for longer rides or touring. Not sure about the durability factor yet as I just purchased it. December 26, 2011
Great way to reduce wind and keep hands warm I'm very glad I got this windscreen after reading a bunch of reviews. They were right -- the extra 4" height really reduces the wind noise and buffeting (doesn't completely eliminate it). I'm 6'2" and the stock windscreen didn't do much to provide wind protection. Plus, the wider base made a big improvement in hand protection -- I've been riding in 45 degree weather the last few weeks and my hands have not gotten cold. Windscreen came very well packed and protected. Installation was pretty easy, but not completely a snap. Getting the old windscreen off was easy and the holes on the Givi are perfectly drilled. The only tough part was the small rubber sleeves (into which the mounting bolts go) had to be pulled through the mounting holes in the Givi. I didn't see any tricks for doing this in the on-line reviews I saw, so I had to carefully tease them through with a pair of needle nose pliers and a bamboo skewer. Once I got that done, it took only a few minutes to finish mounting the Givi and I've been enjoying it since. Well worth the investment! December 25, 2011
good hight for me I'm 6'5" Nice product, bolts up perfictly. Just the right hight for me 6'5" and also protects my hands too November 2, 2011
What a difference! Easy to install and a joy to use! It's October and the mornings are cool. I put this windshield on my Burgman 650 this weekend. It doesn't come with instructions, however there are youtube videos on how to do it. 6 screws and 20 minutes is all this job really needs. Everything lined up perfectly. I was very impressed with the care that went into the packaging and the precision of the windshield itself. Upon riding with the new Givi Winscreen installed, the first thing you notice is a lack of wind-noise around your helmet. You can hear the purr of the engine! The next thing you notice is your hands are now protected from the cold wind! This thing is GREAT! I feel like I am slipping though the air much cleaner, with so much less turbulence. At highway speed I can feel a push on my back as if I am motoring along in a slight vacuum. I am really loving this windshield. If you're on the fence, I say go for it. While you might not want it during the heat of summer, this windshield is fantastic for the cool weather! So nice not to have that wind-noise around the helmet. Now I will probably have to get the bluetooth setup for the helmet. I give this product 5 stars! October 17, 2011
