Good size and quality for everyday commuting.
I really like the quality and size of this case and as usual Revzilla shipped it super fast ,I had it the next day. The only negative I have is that Givi has the worst instructions on how to install the mounting bracket but I'm thinking its a European thing . I've purchased SW Motech accessories in the past and their instructions were horrible also.

Compact and capable
I wanted a small alternative to my panniers that would make lane splitting - and entering my narrow garage opening - easier, and this bag fills the bill. It carries everything I've needed so far on my daily commute, which often includes a small briefcase and a small camera bag. It has not noticeably affected handling of my Vstrom 650. While this is more metaphysical musing than review, I'm also pretty sure that installing it saved my life: http://dizzyone.net/kindlygentlemenmotorcycleclub/the-interesting-thing-about-almost-getting-killed-this-morning/

Very Well-Made, Best Looking Givi Monokey Top Case
I purchased this to use on my silver 2005 Triumph Sprint ST.

For day-to-day riding, the 33 liters is ample. For longer tours, you may want one of their larger ones. Probably in the 40s to 50s of liters. But fit and finish of this thing is excellent, and it's easy to see how waterproof it will be. It's built much better than my Shad top case, although that case still works very well for me on the other bike. And the price was excellent. The Givi and Shad are both about equal in value to me.

So far I'm very happy with ALL of my Givi stuff.

Looks great on BMW F650GS
I have been looking for a quality top case to hold my Shoei Neotec helmet. It fits perfectly with a little room to spare for other things. The top case is well made and I like the extra safety the reflectors provide. I bought the mounting plate for my bike and it installed easily and fits perfectly. I can also easily and quickly take the top case off when I don't need it.

B33 Monokey is just perfect!!!
I was looking for a bag that was not too big and not too small. Bingo - I found it! I was trying to find a bag that was well made, without being a monster in size were it overwhelms and look fuggly on my bike. This bag fits my bike and can easily hold a helmet with lots of extra room. Of course the quality, ease of use and styling are excellent!

Great capacity for a daily driver
I was looking for a luggage solution that wouldn't overwhelm the lines of the bike, or be as wide as the OEM saddlebags, so I grabbed the smallest Givi topcase I could find. Lockable and waterproof were big plusses, as is push-button quick detach.

Nice to be able to lock a full face helmet in the case when off the bike, or put a couple of small bags of groceries in there. Very practical for day to day use.

Pretty simple install. For my Ducati it did require the additional purchase of the Universal Top Case Adapter kit and a luggage rack.

A tail light kit would be nice too, just not offered on this model GIvi. The case 'could' block the brake light visibility to a high profile vehicle behind me in bumper to bumper traffic.

Seems pretty sturdy in my first month of use, and I think it's a really good bang-for-the-buck.

Did I mention I'm especially impressed with it being totally waterproof? :)

Perfect Size Top Case for Everyday
This B33 monokey top case provides the perfect size top case for the everyday commuter and overnight trip. With the monokey system you can switch in seconds to a large road trip case. The only thing that disappointed me was that it did not have a document box like all of the other monokey top cases do. Not a big deal but a small disappointment.

Goes really well on my Triumph Trophy SE. Triumph only offers a 55L top case that cost nearly $700 with the mounting plate and case, with no option for a smaller case.

Givi MonoKey B33 - Small and inexpensive
All I wanted was a top case big enough to store my Sidi boots when I arrived at my destination. I got lots of advice, mostly that I would regret a case too small but never too big. I looked at the big 46 liter cases they are too too big for wnat I wanted. I see the need, but not as an only case.

The B33 is a great size. And although no case accents a sportbike, this one does not stand out.

The Givi quality is evident, which me so glad I didn't buy a cheaper brand.

Maybe I'll get a Monster Trunk in the future, but I will never part with my B33.

Awesome top case for the price
Givi is one of the top manufacturers of motorcycle top cases and this is just another example of why. This trunk is good durable plastic and you will feel comfortable carrying your gear in it. The ease of installing and removing the case from your bike is seconds quick and easy. Plus, you can purchase additional mounting brackets to use this case on other bikes. The size is that of a single full face helmet. You won't be able to store much of anything else in it when your helmet is in it. But for trips to work or around town or even overnight trips this case is fine. Buy this as your smaller get around town case and then get another larger Givi case for your traveler.

Is there a brake light kit for this top case?
A shopper on Jan 18, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I don't know if a kit is available. Best to check with the Revzilla team as I found them knowledgeable and helpful when I placed my order. Good luck.
Does the case require the key to be able to unlock it from the mount? Or can the button itself just be pushed and the case be removed?
ThomasJ on Sep 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It needs the key otherwise anyone could just remove the case from your bike.
I have a Yamaha Fzo9 ,would this fit my bike ? Any specific kits needed .brackets .
A shopper on Jun 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I ordered and installed 3 separate items made by GIVI:
1---Specific Monorack for Suzuki GS500E
2---Givi Monokey M3 Mounting Plate
3---Monokey Givi B33 Top Case

Notes:
---As for the monorack (brackets) you need to find a set designed for your bike.
---These monorack brackets are compatible with M2, M3, M35 and the MM mounting plates.
---As for the mounting plate and top case, these item are the Monokey style and are compatible with each other as well as the M3 plate.

In my opinion, the top case and mounting plate are (fairly) independent of your bike. The Monorack is bike-specific.
Which mounting plate do I need for this trunk?
Theodore V on May 19, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It says in the description that the Monokey M5/M7 or Monolock M5M mounting plates will work.

I believe the mounting plates are pretty much universal for all GIVI top cases, but you still have to buy the mounting brackets specific for your bike.

So you need to order the top case, the mounting plate and the support brackets all separately.
is the GIVI B33 Monokey water proof and dust proof?

thanks
Dean A on Sep 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have ridden in the rain and had my bike out in a one hour heavy down pour and there was not a drop of water in the box. I do not know if they guarantee the waterproof performance, but mine sure seems quite good.
Will 15" MacBook Pro fit in this?
Aleksei P on Oct 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No, it's too long. I was quite disappointed and I wish I had gone for a bigger one. It's just big enough for a full-face helmet and gloves and a few smaller items around the sides or inside the helmet.
I assume it's not possible to fit both a helmet and a jacket in a case this size. However, I'm wondering if it Is it possible to fit ONLY a size L leather motorcycle jacket with full armor (specifically an Icon Motorhead jacket) inside this case?
Erin B on May 1, 2014
BEST ANSWER: You are correct that both a jacket and helmet will not fit in this case. It is rather small which is why I like it. You can place a helmet inside with room to add other things around it (gloves, water, wallet, toolkit, rain jacket, etc.). I don't have an icon jacket but tried two other size large jackets. The Olympia AST2 would fold up and fit just fine. The BMW comfort shell jacket has stiff full back armor and would not fold small enough to fit. So if your Icon jacket will fold or roll small enough then I highly recommend this case. Otherwise, you will need to find a larger case.
What is the max weight limit for items in the case?
