Perfect fit, easy install, great quality Givi is on top of the game when it comes to aftermarket accessories. The overall products are well thought out and install is easy. Certain items can be considered a bit on the expensive side, but the factory options almost always cost a lot more! Overall a great value. August 19, 2014
works as advertised I ordered this rack for my 2012 Versys, since I owned a Monolock V46 top case for another bike and intend to switch the case between bikes. the rack doesn't look like the one in the pictures, but it functions the same. It was simple to install, maybe 15 minutes, you re-use the plastic handgrips from the oem ones and screw them to the Givi mount. and assemble the three major parts. The finish is good and locknuts were supplied where necessary. It is a good solid mount. The only odd thing, and this is due to the design of the bike, is that it sits much higher than other racks I have used on other bikes. The rack continues the upswept lines at the rear of the Versys which puts it about mid chest on me at 5'9". May 26, 2014
Awesome. I don't believe in paying $800 or more for luggage bags or racks. This was the cheapest option out there for my Versys. These racks are well made, sturdy and connect to the subframe. Luckily, I have a friend who is a Machinist and we mounted a nice flat plate of Aluminum to them instead of the Monokey plate etc.....Very happy. December 2, 2013
If you have a stock motorcycle Then it will work but if you have an aftermarket passenger grip or slim taillight assembly or exhaust then you would need to go back to stock except for the exhaust. Also the seat lock is not accessible due to the bar being in the way, you would need to modify it unless you have a wrench to lower the bar each time you want to unlock the seat. Overall it does look and fit real good. July 10, 2013
This product is easy to install. It is a good product and easy to install. The dalivery is very quick. December 22, 2012

Need it for Givi topcase setup. What can I say, it's designed to fit with the Givi case I bought with it and is easy to install. Simple functional item. February 1, 2012
Perfect fit and finish If you're wondering if the Givi rack is better than the SW-Motech version, YES IT IS. Not only does the Givi rack look better on the bike, the fit and finish is way better than the SW-Motech rack I used to have on my previous bike. It is rock solid on my bike with zero movement. I trust that it will hold a fully loaded topcase with no vibrations or instability. The only problem with installation is that you must drill through the plastic fender of your motorcycle. If you have a fender eliminator, it's not a big deal. With the stock fender, it is curved so it's a challenge to line up the holes correctly. I recommend taking the fender off completely and lining up the actual Givi part to drill holes into it. The hole is a little bigger than 1/2". Even if you screw up, the fender is a $20 part from Honda. Thank you to Revzilla for getting this part available to me on the website so quickly. It came two weeks earlier than promised. A shopper asked: Hello, I want to buy this for my versys 14'. I have two qwestions: first: I can't find information about the weight it can take. And the second qwestion is about theplate. I want to install a trekker 46 L topcase, but in the image of this product there shows a plate. Is that ok for the trekker? or I do have to bought the additional M5 plate May 5, 2014

A L: Hi, please read very carefull the item description... this does NOT come with a plate. I am not quite sure the trekker series comes with a plate, I installed the Blade 47 onto my Versys '14 and when I received the box from Italy it came with a universal givi plate so I ended with two plates... the universal that comes with the case and the M5 that I ordered almost at the same time.

Regarding weight... I wouldn't put too much attention to it, the sidearms attach to the bike very very secure and they probably will handle anything you attach to them.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, I can even send you some pictures.

Just be carefull, check if the trekker case comes with universal plate... otherwise you will end with two plates! If looks matter to you then the M5 plate is a lot lot nicer.

Tal M: GIVI always states 22 lbs as the max weight. I carry 25 lbs daily with no issue. The max I loaded is about 60 lbs for a full day and all was well.
regarding the plate, I got the M5 which fits my E55 case. I am not sure about the trekker, but from the looks of it, it seems both models would fit (it only uses the ledge). Anyhow, why not send a question to revzilla?

Shaun P: I have a 2010 kawasaki versys which I think is still the same bike. Yes you have to buy the m5 plate. I'm pretty sure the side arms don't come with the plate. I also have the trekker 46L top case. I don't know how much weight it can handle but I can at least get a jacket boots and a tank bag into my luggage no problem great top case! May 8, 2014
