Installed this on my 09 FZ6. It seems like a very robust design and fit well. The only thing is while mounting the top plate for your specific top case, make sure you leave the arms loose, install the top plate, then tighten everything up. Was a little tight getting the allen screws in under the exhaust shield, but not too bad. Directions are good with good pictures, was able to install in about an hour. So far seems very durable and not worried about losing the top case at all. Actually, the rack system looks very nice and clean with the FZ, almost like it came like that. I would recommend this product.

I have a 2009 FZ6 and I had the rack arms installed by a mechanic and even he had some trouble putting it together. He had to make some custom adjustments l in order to get the product to fit right over the exhaust covers. On top of that when the product was finished the arms didn't sit at the same height which made putting on the plate a bit more difficult. At the end of the day, if you have and fz6 this is your only option for a givi case, which I have now and do love it, and its been little less than a month, so far no problems.
