Excellent product and even better customer service!
Funny enough I actually discovered Geigerrig through craigslist looking for discounts to Canyons and Snowbasin. One thing led to another and after some google searching I realized all these Skullcandy passports on Craigslist actually came from these Geigerrig hydration backpacks.
I always needed a hydration pack and thought it'd be perfect for snowboarding and not too shabby that I get to save on two resorts I was going to hit up anyways.
I ordered it 3 days before my arrival in Salt Lake City and the owners themselves were very accommodating and worked out with their distributor to hand deliver the product. Amazing.
I used the product for 3 days straight while boarding and found the product to be very excellent. No leaks or anything. Doesn't suck for real! The only gripe I had with it was that the water does freeze up in extreme cold climates so a tube garage or insulated tube would've been nice. Otherwise works as advertised.
I raised some of these issues I had with Geigerrig and again their excellent customer service came through. They addressed my problems and were able to come to a resolution right away to my satisfaction.

A shopper asked:Is there a way to use a Geigerrig without using your hand? I'm thinking on a long ride without many stops - how could you get a drink with a Geigerrig and a full-face helmet?Sep 11, 2015
