Easy installation
Plenty of wire to stretch all the way down your frame to the rear fender if required. Easy instructions and a quality product. Set screw locks down your gps solid with the tool included in your package. I strapped my tool to my handlebars for easy access, and so I wouldn't lose it.

Holds and Charges Garmin Montana
I put one on my KLR, used on many day trips and the CDT. I put one on my Tiger 800, also for day trips and COBDR. A solid product that does what it should.

This mount has been working well for me. I do a lot of single track and hard riding. The mount is stable and the GPS has never come out unexpectedly. I take power from the cooling fan on my KTM 350.

BEST ANSWER: Mounted with RAM U-Bolt Kit, only way to go!
MAKE SURE you use the locking screw to insure GPS wont come out of mount.
