Galfer Sportbike Front Brake Line Suzuki GSXR600 / GSXR750
Whether you are commuting or hitting the race track, Galfer Sportbike Brake Lines are great upgrade over your stock OEM rubber brake lines. They are constructed of a 64 strand stainless steel braid with a PTFE 62 Teflon inner lining giving them a “zero expansion effect”, this gives the rider a more consistent and confident braking feel.
Most manufacturers recommend replacing the OEM rubber brake lines after 2 to 3 years. Over extended use OEM rubber lines wear down and lose performance.
All Galfer Sportbike Brake Lines consist of two brake lines running from the master cylinder down to each brake caliper unless otherwise noted below.
Clear protective cover
Includes all necessary hardware
Lines are individually labeled
Pre-positioned fittings for easy installation
Made In USA

Galfer Sportbike Front Brake Line Suzuki GSXR 600/GSXR 750 2011-2013
Rotate the Banjo. 2013 GSXR 750.
2013 GSXR 750. Break likes look the part and feel fantastic once installed. I received a small CD but had no way of viewing it and the online (Galfer website) instructions didn’t mention, or at least I couldn’t find such to fix my issues "twist the banjo". Bike down for two days as I waited on Monday, thus the 4 stars. Although an ‘A’ plus to RevZilla staff for being available on a Sunday. Thank you RevZilla!!!
Galfer company website had numerous instructions, but not specific for my bike. Wouldn't be an issue normally as brake lines are fairly direct replacement. But I couldn't get these on without binding the lines. Basically, the lower banjos were not aligned and had to be turned. So I'll pass along the information forwarded from Galfer to Revzilla in hopes it may be of use to you.
"We got in contact with Chris from Galfer and he was able to confirm and verify that you received the correct brake line kit as well as the correctly angled banjos.
Here are the instructions that Chris wanted us to relay to you:
Banjos should be positioned outboard at the calipers per our instructions (attached along with correct photos).
Although banjos should come pre-positioned from the factory for most applications, depending on the master cylinder and clip-on position it may be necessary to rotate the banjos slightly for best fit. Below are instructions on how to rotate them.
Before you start, determine how far the banjo will need to be rotated to prevent unnecessary movement at the connection point. Also identify the silver crimp collar in the attached photo, and on your line. It is the portion just below the banjo that holds the flex line in place. You will need to LIGHTLY hold this collar while rotating the banjo to prevent the line from twisting. I typically use a set of vice grips set to the lowest possible setting that will hold the collar. You can wrap the crimp with a shop towel if you like to prevent marring. With the vice grip in place, you can insert a wood dowel, brass punch, or even a pen into the banjo hole and rotate it to the desired position. If the line is already installed on the bike and you need to relieve tension or reposition it, you can simply hold the collar and rotate it slightly. Just be careful to rotate and NOT pry on the fitting."

Galfer braided lines are built to a high standard and there was definitely a noticeable difference on my braking power.
