G2 Throttle Tamer KTM
If you have a Yamaha FJR1300 with a snatchy throttle, this will help quite a bit. I also recommend looking up the throttle spring unwind mod. Together those two things greatly improved the comfort and throttle control on my 2007.

Overall, I'm a happy camper!
The Tamer settled my Ducati's twitchy throttle nicely, thanks for a great product!

Worked as advertised
I purchased this for an 07 FJR1300. It promised to tame the jerky throttle response. It did exactly that. Took about 5 min. to install could not be happier.

Works exactly as advertised
My 2012 Tiger 800XC is a great bike but the throttle is touchy, especially off road. This product, which was super easy to install, took out the "twichiness" but still left the throttle very responsive. Bike should come this way out of the box. I just did about 100 miles of dirt roads last week and this product made it much more enjoyable.

G2 makes positive difference!
The G2 throttle tamer, along with a Power Commander III, were installed at the same time on my 2007 Yamaha FJR1300 to address a very sensitive throttle and surging that made low speed control extremely difficult and unpleasant (this problem is inherent with 06 & 07 year of the FJR). The throttle now works outstanding at low speed without any surging. I am able to idle around corners smoothly or gently let out the clutch without throttle and idle along smoothly at low speed. I'm not sure how much is attributed to the G2 and how much to the PCIII but the combined results are excellent.

This product definitely gives a much smoother profile to initial acceleration over normal stock throttle cams. I would only recommend this product for motorcycles that have a lot of low end torque and issues with being jerky in low rpm city maneuvering.

Smooths the throttle
Well made replacement throttle for my Honda 919. It's length was trimmed 7mm to fit this bike. Installation requires loosening the cable connection on the engine to get enough slack to get the cable fitting on the throttle barrel to hook up. It's more work than expected but the results were good.
It takes most of the sharp edge of engines throttle response off the low end. It's mechanically very smooth in operation.
Carving up the stock throttle could do the job but it's worth the money to have somebody figure out the right fix.

Works but some caveats.
This works as advertised, however be aware that if you're using the smallest (most tame) cam, that the return cable on the 990 is too long and you likely won't be able to adjust the slack out of it using the adjustment near the throttle. This results in a small click when closing the throttle as the cable catches on the edge of the channel. To adjust the slack out you'll need to adjust from the airbox, which also involves ECU work.
Additionally, for me this didn't clear up my perceived abrupt fueling issue completely. That said, as long as I'm not coming off idle really helped achieve smooth throttle application. Important on a bike that is actively trying to kill you. :)
