Not at all perfect, but the price is right. Just got these a few days ago and have worn them twice in the rain for 20 minutes each trip. First of all, these things are gigantic. That's awesome because I can slip them on with my boots on while I'm outside. On the flip side, they bunch up and water pools up in them...which is not ideal. In terms of "waterproof" these are pretty decent, but as others have said, water leaks in the crotch and you like Billy Madison in the "peeing your pants is the coolest" scene. Other than that, they are fine. Bottom line, they take up almost no space during carry, will keep you mostly dry (aside from your crotch), they are easy to get on and they are only 25 bucks. Awesome cheap spare rain pants if you find yourself in a pickle. August 10, 2015
Frogg Toggs are lightweight, comfortable, and pack great. These Frogg Togg pants fit well, and do a good job of keeping me dry. They also compact very well, making it easy to find a spot for packing them. I would definitely recommend these pants to buy. June 22, 2015
Great pants - but not for rain. I've been through several pairs of these, and never had a pair that didn't leak in the crotch, leaving me looking like I have no bladder control. If you put them on over your boots, the inner lining will shred. All that being said, I have never found a better pair of over-pants to wear in the winter. I'm a tall guy and my bike is smaller than most, so trying to wear leather chaps would just look stupid. With long-johns under my jeans and these over them, I've ridden fairly long distances in sub-freezing temps and never had a problem keeping my legs warm. They're light and breathable, so you won't sweat when the morning air gets warmer, plus, when you take them off, they roll up in to a package small enough to stash just about anywhere. I highly recommend these as "budget" winter gear! March 16, 2015
Gets the job done Took this on a club ride where it was supposed to get rainy. We rode in the rain, and barely any water got through (it was raining a lot) The sizing is very large.. I got a 2XL since I wanted to wear them over all my gear and bottom part of my jacket and it ended up being huge March 16, 2015
Worth Every Penny For my first ride in the rain with all my "waterproof" gear, these pants were the almost the only gear that actually kept me dry! They are so lightweight and comfortable too! October 6, 2014
Overall Good! The ankles are WAY TO SMALL to go over Harley Boots and DO NOT stretch! Otherwise they worked great!! Didn't get wet at all! September 15, 2014
Way better than trash bags. Well, they definitely keep my girlfriend dry, but the crotch is a mile too low, obviously not designed for biking or motorcycling. when you sit on the bike they have a tendency to hike up/annoy me when she ride pillion. June 30, 2014
Does the job These pants kept me dry on my commute to work. They are a great bang for the buck. I'm a short/petite gal so there was no way I was going to buy more expensive pants, knowing they will be too long for me. These work fine for my commute. November 27, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Raymond C: My wife needs some light waterproofs to pack on her bike when she rides to work in the summer, these look just the part. Feb 17, 2014
Aimee H: two words: Seattle rain Oct 14, 2013
ARMANDO C: excelent choice and very durable. 100% waterproof Oct 9, 2013
Aimee H asked: I'm only 5ft and typically wear size 8 women pants. Should I order a medium and just roll the pant legs up? I'm assuming small will be too tight, wearing over my regular jeans. Oct 14, 2013

Felicia C: i'm 5'4" and wear a size 6, and bought a medium. these fit over my jeans as well as strapped on armor in the knees as well as armored safety shorts. the waist is nice and stretchy, and not too tight. in the pant legs, i had just enough room to be in a comfortable riding position without the pant legs pulling up when i bend my knees.

i don't think you'll have a problem with a medium because the elastic in the pant leg cuffs will grip your boots and won't overhang in the heels unless you have the zippers open. and a little extra room to move isn't bad.

hope this helps.

Aimee H: Very helpful, thanks! I went ahead and ordered them in medium. Oct 18, 2013
Brandon R: I can not answer your sizing question because I am a guy but I can say I would prefer them to be baggy over tight. The Frogg Toggs pants do work great, I did not experience any leaking. When I got caught in a summer shower, or if it was drizzling when I left home the pants do their job, if you have to ride for 45 minutes or more in the pouring rain you will get wet. My commute was about an hour and if it was pouring the entire time I was not dry when I got to my destination. Hope it helps. Oct 14, 2013

Robert F: My 10 year old daughter, who is just under 5' tall and is around 80 lbs, wears the Women's Medium over her pants with plenty of room to spare. They are sized as an overpant so they are larger than an actual medium. Oct 14, 2013
