Does the job These pants kept me dry on my commute to work. They are a great bang for the buck. I'm a short/petite gal so there was no way I was going to buy more expensive pants, knowing they will be too long for me. These work fine for my commute. November 27, 2013
Good product for the price I think that I am in line with other reviews on this product that it is a good value for the money. I bought a pair for my wife for a recent ride and then decided to buy another for myself just in case-and wouldn't you know it rained. They were fairly easy to get on and resemble a high density paper product so they are lightweight and comfortable. On first instinct you look at these (as our colleagues did) and think that they are very cheap and almost seem like they would disintegrate but I would compare their durability to trying to rip a Tyvek envelope-not easy. If you bought these for commuting every day or were taking a long trip that you were sure to be in some wet weather regularly, you might want to upgrade. For our purpose, they were "just in case" gear that don't take up a lot of space or add a lot of weight. When we got to the other end we were dry as a bone. The next morning my wife put them on again as we climbed down a mountain just as an extra skin with the temps in the mid 40's they helped as a wind barrier. October 28, 2013
NOT waterproof, but packs light and small I first was only in a little fog and with very minimal water on the jacket/pants it does not leak. However when in my first downpour, they leak very badly straight through the material. Reason being it is a "breathable" material and therefor can only hold water if back at a certain pressure. Unfortunately this pressure is very low since a rider on a seat has a pool of water collect around him, and it WILL go through to your pants. I will be trying the nelson rigg 6000 suit and see how it goes since it has PU layer. BIG THANKS to revzilla for taking back the frogg toggs ! November 8, 2013
Works as advertised The big problem with these is getting them on once it starts raining. You have to be in an area where you can take off your shoes to slip them on. This is difficult if you're already on the road in the middle of nowhere. That being said, these are cheap and work great if you put them on before you start your ride in the rain. October 28, 2013
These rain pants do what they promise The fit on these pants it's very comfortable. Great rain gear for the price. August 26, 2013
Great product for price. Fits over standard riding gear. Good product for the price. Will fit over your regular pants. I usually wear a medium got theses in a medium. They fit great; pants are designed to fit over your standard gear. September 8, 2013
Works great My daughter uses these when I give her morning rides. I have a Triumph Scrambler with a high pipe and she doesn't have to worry about melting to the pipe, and the fibrous material insulates her from the wind and pipe heat. Haven't ridden in the rain with them. July 15, 2013
Emergency only I gave these to my father for Christmas, and he hadn't used them until we went on a 1K mile trip. It somehow managed to rain on every travel day we had and these pants started leaking and falling apart on the second day. I would recommend them as an emergency only pant. August 2, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Raymond C: My wife needs some light waterproofs to pack on her bike when she rides to work in the summer, these look just the part. Feb 17, 2014
Aimee H: two words: Seattle rain Oct 14, 2013
ARMANDO C: excelent choice and very durable. 100% waterproof Oct 9, 2013
Aimee H asked: I'm only 5ft and typically wear size 8 women pants. Should I order a medium and just roll the pant legs up? I'm assuming small will be too tight, wearing over my regular jeans. Oct 14, 2013

Felicia C: i'm 5'4" and wear a size 6, and bought a medium. these fit over my jeans as well as strapped on armor in the knees as well as armored safety shorts. the waist is nice and stretchy, and not too tight. in the pant legs, i had just enough room to be in a comfortable riding position without the pant legs pulling up when i bend my knees.

i don't think you'll have a problem with a medium because the elastic in the pant leg cuffs will grip your boots and won't overhang in the heels unless you have the zippers open. and a little extra room to move isn't bad.

hope this helps.

Aimee H: Very helpful, thanks! I went ahead and ordered them in medium. Oct 18, 2013
Brandon R: I can not answer your sizing question because I am a guy but I can say I would prefer them to be baggy over tight. The Frogg Toggs pants do work great, I did not experience any leaking. When I got caught in a summer shower, or if it was drizzling when I left home the pants do their job, if you have to ride for 45 minutes or more in the pouring rain you will get wet. My commute was about an hour and if it was pouring the entire time I was not dry when I got to my destination. Hope it helps. Oct 14, 2013

Robert F: My 10 year old daughter, who is just under 5' tall and is around 80 lbs, wears the Women's Medium over her pants with plenty of room to spare. They are sized as an overpant so they are larger than an actual medium. Oct 14, 2013
