I'm 5'11" 155lbs. The medium was too short in the arms, so I ordered the large. The large fits great for colder weather riding (liner in and layered over a light sweatshirt) but is big when the liner is out and I'm only wearing a t-shirt.

I ordered this jacket and matching pants and have used them all summer and into fall. Jacket fits me perfect.
If you're on the muscular side or have wide shoulders, this jacket is perfectly sized.
One thing to note, it is listed as waterproof, and does well in quick rain rides, but if you're going to be stuck in it for hours it'll eventually leak. Not sure where it came in from and it could have came in from the neck, but I got wet after 7 hours in the rain.
Only other thing is that the zipper pulls could use a small rope tab or pull attached, a little tough to grab with gloves on while riding.
Yes, I recommend this product.
