I like them enough to purchase a second pair.
I have heated grips with hand guards and I have been comfortable at 30-35 deg(F) for 4 hour ride with these gloves.
I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a cold weather glove for use with heated grips because they have no insulation in the palm (to let the heat through to your hand) and 100g of insulation only on the back (to keep the cold off you).
I went down at 40-45 mph and the gloves held up great. My hands were fine. The gloves were damaged but still usable, so I'll keep the damaged pair around but I liked the gloves so much that I'll get another pair.

Great three season gloves
A bit warm if temp goes over 75, but great cooler than that. Great fit, comfortable right out of the box. Also great in rain. Full day of downpours and hands were dry.

Disappointed!
I have always had FG moto gear and had high hopes for these $100 gloves. I just used them on a $1000+ ride and I am quite underwhelmed. The over the cuff, gauntlet design is very annoying to put on over my jacket cuffs and rarely fit right. It takes a while to get it just right and when you are on a large group ride, you don't want to spend 5 minutes fiddling with your gloves. The pull strings to tighten the gauntlet keep flapping around even though I would tuck them in and are very distracting. My hands were sweaty even in 70 degree temps and that made it very hard to put the gloves back on. I should have gone with Klim instead
