Looking for leather overpants and wear a 33 inch waste in levis. What size would best fit me for the first gear sport tour pants. I see they come in 32 and 34. Is this overpant size or actual size?

It depends on whether you are planning on wearing them over other pants or not. If you are planning on wearing them as overpants, I would start with the 34. If you are wearing them alone, maybe the 33.
