Firstgear Highway Gloves
besides making my hand black it is a good pair of gloves
I purchased the Firstgear Highway Gloves during a promotion from RevZilla. The price was great and the gloves seem to be what I needed as I commute to work on a Highway here in Phoenix, AZ. The gloves fit well, look good, and are comfortable. Unfortunately I CAN’T use them because when I get to work my hands look like I just finished working as a mechanic and didn’t wash my hands – the gloves fade the black ink on my hands and they become black and look dirty.

Good for the price
I have been wearing these now for the last few weeks as my daily commute gloves. They fit pretty well and are somewhat comfortable. I must admit that I'm hard to please when it comes to gloves so take my review with that in mind.
The biggest thing I'm having problems with is how the velcro wrist strap is situated.. I just can't get used to the placement.
Other than that I think they are a good glove for the price.

Nice quality glove, not for cold weather
This is an excellent quality glove, but my cold hands can't handle them (pun intended) when it's below about 50 degrees. Soft leather, slightly tight fit in an XL, and my hands are not gigantic by any means. Other gloves in XL are far roomier than these, so I recommend ordering a size larger than you think it should be.

Fingers sized weird/Goat Skin
Not too bad for the price but they don't fit quite right because the index and middle fingers are almost the same length. The thumb is a little long for me too. Also, they are made of goat skin(not as protective) which the description did not say.

Good glove for the price
Was looking for a three season glove with protection. These work good but had to return the first pair because they run a little small. Not the greatest for hot weather riding but work good for everything else.

Cool Glove, but very simple
I like the glove & its pretty comfortable. I did not buy this for an everyday riding glove, but as a summer glove for when things start to get wet, since they're waterproof. The fit in length is perfect but the fingers are skinny so if you have cigars attached to your hand, you might not like these (although I'm sure they'll stretch a bit). In the palm & thumb area they seem to fit fairly normal & don't appear to bunch in the palm on the grip. Overall they seem to be solid & well made. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a simple leather waterproof glove or in my case...some nice wet weather protection during the summer.
