First off, if you are getting this for a 09-12 CBR you should spend the extra few bucks and also get the Ignition Retar d Controller (IRC) since you'll be in the same area and its relatively inexpensive.
Regarding the Powercommander V, I can't say I've fully taken advantage of it. I loaded some of the provided maps but felt as if the bike didn't rev as cleanly. I'm sure it's in the tune. Whats nice though is I'm able to run a zero map which effectively returns control back to the stock computer (for now). I currently only have enrichment added from 12k + for the IRC. If you get this, be sure to calibrate your TPS once installed.
Overall, I think this product is well worth the price.
Yes, I recommend this product.

WHat a difference, WOW, I did find it was running rich with the standard map, I had free flowing exhaust, K&N.s, removed the AI and O2 sensors, so you do need to Dyno it, and then it was so smooth through the rev range, very very pleased :)

It is a plug and play unit, but understanding the mapping and what it really does with the EFI was a little confusing for a novice. Also, I failed to save the map download the first time I tried - maybe I didnt understand the process? Except for difficulty of accessing the crowded connectors under the frame on my bike (DL-1000 V-Strom), it's a pretty simple install. Big performance difference that might not have been achievable without this unit. So far, so good.

It does exactly what it says. It even helped out my completely stock motorcycle. I have a Honda Sabre, not the Fury. It's the same part number, I even called DynoJet before ordering just to confirm.

I am trying to setup power commander III USB on my laptop, but there is so many programs and different Ways to install and Add-ons in your download area for the software I dont know where to start the install. I ahve looked at all of your Instructional manuals, and I am still coming up a miss. My next question is how do i set the throttle Position. What is the Open T.P. And the Closed T.P. - throttle positoin, for my Bike, and I am getting a error code 8 a few days ago when i tried to use it, And now a week and a half later I tried it again aNd it showing An error code-1. I newed to know what these codes are and what i can do about it. I am going to look myself a little further but I would like some Self explained help, And also What would be the Installation Procedures for downloading your software and Installing your software, and I am using a Windows Xp sp3 32-bit. Does that make any difference in What programs, or firmware i would download. But basically A list of each program im supposed to download for my bike, and operating system.
