Works Great on my R1
I ordered these grips because they were inexpensive and look like they would provide great grip based on the "tread" design.
Installation was simple but keep in mind one grip is slightly larger than the other to fit on the throttle side handle bar.
Grips proved to provide good comfortable grip. I can not rate durability as I have only had the grips installed for a couple weeks. Well worth the 15 or so dollars I spent on them.

sooper awesome grips.
i put these grips on after changing the throttle tube on a 2014 CB1000R. they fit perfectly and they feel bigger round than the stock grips so, for my hand, they are a better fit. they look awesome, are grippier than the stock ones, and bigger round.

Feels good
These grips feel good while riding and fit my 2014 Ninja 300EX. I like them better than my stock ones. I had to have the shop instal them though as I couldn't get the bar ends loose.

Grippy and good looking, but wears fast.
Used these to replace the stockers on my KTM RC390. The install was easy and the grips had no issues with finish or fit. They look great on the bike and are very grippy, even when really hitting it in the canyons. I have noticed that only after about four hundred miles, I'm already wearing down the edges of the skulls, especially on the left grip. I don't know if this is because of how hard I'm riding the bike or the GP Pro gloves I'm using. I've also noticed after a hot, hard ride I can actually see small black bits on my glove. Function has not been affected, and I'd buy them again.

Good product for the price
Really easy to install and are a lot softer than stock grips. Haven't had them on all that long so time will tell if they hold up.

Asthetically appealing
Great looking and decent quality. Raised skulls will wear down with aggressive riding.

BEST ANSWER: There is an "open end" option when ordering the product, so that answered my question.
