A S asked: So can this be used as an alternative to a swingarm spool for lifting the bike? Jun 18, 2014

Lawrence D: Not using a stand with the forks for a swingarm spool. But they don't get in the way of using your stand Jun 18, 2014

A S: So these can not be used to lift the bike, similar to just buying swingarm spools? Jun 18, 2014
Lawrence D: I don't specificity remember whether the manufacturer stated you could lift the bike or not. The block attaches to the ends of the rear axle but all the weight would be into the bolt that attaches the puck to the block. The bolt is 10 mm and I would say would hold up but you'd need a significantly bigger fork on your stand to create adequate contact with the puck because the puck is a lot larger than a spool. If you already have a stand you'd need to get a new one or retro fit some new forks Jun 18, 2014
