Great for replacing worn grips
Overall a great product if you already have the D3 grips. I bought these to replace my worn grips. As with the normal install they are a bit hard to get installed with the metal collars and such. But after messing with it for a bit it all comes together nicely.

G A: Upgrading my standard grips and decided to give it some flare with the blue rubber grips to go with the black d3 gripsAug 7, 2015
Brad H: I have D-3 grips and I love them. When I first got them I thought it was crazy for spending so much, just too weird for me and I was going to change them but its such a pain sometimes to change them that I decided to at least give them a try. WOW am I glad I did! They work well once you get use to them and now regular grips seem odd. These help keep arm pump from happening and for me that made the sale in the first place. They are comfortable and have a soft grip.Jun 1, 2015
Brian C:Depending on how stuck the grips are, its easiest (because I did it once) to just slice open the grip using a razorblade and take it off. The metal ends were easy to pull off once you cut away the grip portion. Overall, it was pretty simple once I figured out I shouldn't try and save the grip for later use...just cut it and be done.Aug 6, 2014
Edward L:i cut off old ones using razor blade, and replaced new ones with extra hold hair spray (cheap brand) by spraying the inside of the grip it slipped on easily and they dry and hold perfectly. never had an issue with them slipping afterwards and ive done this 2 two bikes... hope that helps you. ps i will be soon doing this to my 3rd bike!
