Dainese Women's Velocipity D-Dry Jacket 

Moving around town on two wheels doesn't require sacrificing fashion.  Providing protection against both impact and the weather, the Velocipity has been developed for scooter riders who need waterproof, lightweight, and comfortable apparel.  Velocipity is made with a breathable, waterproof exterior fabric treated to repel water and a fixed thermal lining with a soft and silky feeling on the inside.  This jacket features integrated, innovative soft protectors made with technology derived from F1 racing to ensure an incomparable fit thanks to their flexibility.  Reflective inserts and a pocket for a G-type back protector are also provided.

Is the liner removeable or fixed? It's stated two different ways. Also, would this be considered a summer riding jacket?

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
  • Gloves: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your hand, behind the knuckles, not including the thumb.
