Nice suit, size issue
I love the suit. I just wish Dainese would compensate for women with curves. The jacket portion fits perfect, but I needed a size or 2 bigger for the pants. Maybe if they could allow you to choose the size separately like a swimsuit.

So far so good
This is my first set of leathers, and though I've never 'tested' them , like gone down, I can tell that they are a great quality and would protect my skin very well. I heard that Dainese tends to have its suits designed with slimer riders in mind, and I'd have to agree. I'm 5'6" and mostly bones/muscle, ranging in weight from 115-130 pounds; I bought the white/black/white suit in their size 42. On the upper end of the scale it's too tight though, fyi. I'm disproportionate and often find that size small or extra small in 'tall' sizes fit me best, so it's no wonder I feel the legs could be a tad longer. Also, when I do fluctuate in weight, it mostly all goes on my lower half, and I've found that this suit will work with you only to a certain point before you really have to do a clown act to get them on, including a back protector, of course. I've always felt it provides unnecessary extra room in the upper arms, but certainly far less than all other jackets I've tried -and I do have really skinny arms, so it's probably just me. The chest area would not be good for someone who's above average busty. #Dainese's Tattoo suit seems to be designed for more curvey girls, imo, but not the Avro.# I bought this when I was on the verge of getting a custom suit, but I've been happy with this. Got teased a bit for how stylish and "shiny new" they look, but it's all good. Some of my buddy's think I bought it "for looks" because I guess folks think it's fancy. For me, it was about the fit and quality, and THAT was the selling point. If there was only one thing I could change about the suit, it would be to make the back hump bigger but good luck finding that anywhere on a woman's suit. Btw, I've given birth twice, which may account for the extra snug-ness I get in the hips, but like I said, it's still meets my expectations. It just doesn't provide TOO much expanding room, which really is a good thing. Don't wanna be rolling around on the inside of your leathers if ever you went down on a skinny day. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Avro to anybody who's nearer to a slender size for their height.

A shopper asked:I would like to be able to see a picture or photo of the pants for this suit by themselves i.e. not zipped to the jacket as I want to know what they look like at the top of the pants and what fastening and waist adjustments, if any, are fitted.Mar 31, 2012
Shary:There is a kind of elastic band that snugly hugs your waist. The pants zip to the jacket, and the width of the elastic band and where it's placed provide a layer between your skin and the zipper.Apr 22, 2012
