what I wanted
I wanted a cold weather glove with Gore-Tex but many of the choices are either too technical or too stiff for my taste. These are like regular winter gloves with a little pillowy fill and an easy flex that really feels nice. There's a comfy fleece lining. I especially appreciate the insulation and room in the fingertips because that's where I need it. I share Anthony's gripe with the wrist closure. I'll wear them outside the jacket cuff, but the bungee strap is much wider than it needs to be and it bunches into the other strap when I bend my wrist. Not a big deal. I can see cutting the little one off... Anyway these are basic, functional, well-made gloves at a decent enough value and the wearable comfort really sets them apart from the rest.

I've been wearing these gloves for a few weeks now and they are great. They are a little sturdy at first but gave in after about 4 uses. I recomend to fold in the fingers, specially the pinkies, as they offered the most resistance when gripping the handle bars. I rode with them in low 30's weather and my hands did get very cold. Use some kind of base layer gloves in lower than 40 weather.
