Dainese Sottotuta Air Skin Racing Undersuit

Special underwear designed to maximize usability of the D-Air Racing I.P.S. Biaxial elasticated inserts are positioned to correspond with the inserts of the I.P.S., to enhance torso mobility. Further elasticated inserts are positioned in the groin area to improve lateral mobility of the legs, critical for optimal performance when entering bends. A skillful combination of dual elastic meshes with Sanitized® treatment ensures maximum thermal comfort.

Answer: 
Yes and yes.

The undersuit is specifically designed for use with the D-AIR, which as you might imagine is a mite complicated.

But - there is nothing about the undersuit which will prevent it from working well under other Dainese suits, or for that matter under suits from other manufacturers.

Finally - if you don't have D-AIR and aren't planning to get it, you might save some money by looking at some alternative undersuits.
