So the running rule of thumb is Dainese clothing runs a size small...probably closer to half a size with this one. Im 6' 180 lbs with a 43" chest, the xl fit fine. The shirt is surprisingly not exactly a slim or athletic cut being european and all. Had I gone with a large the arms would probably cut off my circulation. My girlfriend thinks it looks dumb with all the stuff on it, but what does she know!! As far as quality its what you expect; very high. I wear it casually or under my delmar jacket for street cred :)
