Dainese Frazer Gloves
Excellent light, short leather gloves
This is an excellent pair of robust, short leather gloves for fair weather riding.
I commute daily to work in Sydney, Australia and bought these as a replacement for a pair of Dainese X-Run gloves. This review will compare them to the X-Run.
The fit is slightly tighter (medium) than typical and this should be considered. These gloves fit me very well, quite snug and comfortable, where medium is usually a little looser for me (including for the X-Run, which are by the same manufacturer).
The glove remains quite flexible despite the full leather construction. The use of leather pleating over the thenar area of the glove (i.e., the ball of the thumb) allows for very good movement without weakning the structure of the glove.
The build quality is excellent, and the gloves are quite robust. The use of standard leather on the palm side of the gloves should mean that these gloves will wear well. Compared to the X-Run gloves with the suede palm surface, they are not as comfortable. However, the suede material on the previous gloves had poor wear resistance - a hole had worn through over the left index finger within approximately 7-9 months of commuting.
These gloves have as good air flow as can be expected for full leather gloves. They might not be entirely suitable for very hot weather.
I got the all black version of the gloves. They look subdued and classy and will go well with many styles of motorcycling and riding attire.

Reasonable value as I bought on sale. Due to the season haven't actually used them yet but appear to be good quality and nicely made. They do fit a bit small as I usually wear a large glove and ordered a large - they fit tight but I'm hoping the leather stretches as they break in.

I've been looking for a pair for our "winters" in Miami - these are wonderful -- VERY comfortable and good price!

It puts the lotion on its skin
Very soft to the feel and very comfortable, beat my track day gloves in protection, feel and comfort. Because of these gloves I am going to get Dainese full gantlet gloves now :)
Only complaint is that its not wrist tight but honestly you get used to it very quickly and end up liking the extra room.

Warm glove, can't tighten to wrist, hard to take off.
Glove is comfortable, however the velcro strap will only let you tighten it so much, the pull strap section of leather also blocks easy velcro access and unstrapping the same velcro is darn near impossible with the gloves on because it is so flush to the glove.
Nice cold weather glove, but leaves alot to be desired.

Good glove with annoying patch
I have these gloves for about 2 weeks now (daily commuting). They are pretty warm; the airflow is not very great. The weather is warm (September in Florida), but surely not the hottest I have been driving in, and after about 15 minutes already I start to sweat in it a little. Looking forward to the colder days, I think for Florida these gloves will do good during spring and autumn, rather than the high heat of summer. The gloves themselves look amazing. Very nice finish to it. The size (I have L in Dianese and L in Astar) is spot on. Only the cuff is rather loose, like shown in the video. And that strap/loop mechanism for the closure is very difficult to operate, especially because the cuff is so loose and because there is a flap over the Velcro that is difficult to get out of the way once you wear the glove on the other hand.
however, the most annoying thing is the grey patch on the palm of the hand (it's not black, I have the full black version, but the patch is grey#. It is stitched on top of the palm on the edge of the patch, so the middle is "loose". As a result, whenever you curve the hand #riding position), the patch bulges outward, fold over a little and forms this ridge that is just annoying when you are holding the handles. On the left you can sort of straighten it out by wrapping the hand around the handle, but on the right this is obviously not possible without simultaneously adjusting the throttle... So whenever you stretch your hand to pull the breaks and then curve back around the handle, this ridge forms and you feel it while riding. Perhaps it will smoothen out if the glove gets used a bit more, and becomes a little less rigid. It is not annoying enough to go and buy new gloves, but it is enough not to buy these again.

This product is great entry level summer/fall gloves
I have always loved dainese for its build quality and they dont disappoint. This is a medium protection cuff length gloves, goes well with my Frazer jacket and got it for a great deal. It was a no brainer.

Good quality but could not get a proper fit.
I normally wear an extra large so ordered that. The gloves were too small. OK, European ya they often run small. I then got a 2X and this time the finger length was fine, however the span in the web of the glove was too tight. There was not enough room in the web for comfortable use. If I were to get a 3X the fingers would be too long. I have Cortex winter gloves from Dainese X-Large that fit perfectly. So, with that said I guess each item fits differently and each person's fit may vary. I hope this helps other's some.
