Need some pants to go with my AVRO C2
I just took off my new Delta Pro Evo C2 pants and all I can say is wow. Quality product.
I did have some trouble with the sizing. By the chart I was everything from a 44 to a 52. We tried the 52 first because of my waist measurment a 36 and 3/4" When the 52 arrived it was falling off me. Even with the waist adjusters full in. So I had to send them back. Within 2 days I unboxed the new 50's and they fit perfect. I'am 5'6" tall and wear a 33 x 30 levis jean. My build is athletic and I have large calfs. No problem. Even the pant leg length is great. I hope this helps someone trying to figure out sizing. They run big by the chart.
With all of the positive's out of the way the only thing I can see trouble with could be the waist to jacket zipper. Really should be heavier.
Order them, they really are the Top of the food chain. Thanks to all at revzilla who helped with this process

Great pants
My Measurements:
Weight: 186 lbs
Height: 5'10"
Chest: 42"
Hips: 42"
Waist: 38" (exact)
US jeans size: 36"

Purchased Size: 56 EU

I went on a 5 hour ride with these to break them in and they were absolutely comfortable the entire time. I mated them with a size 52 Dianese Racing D1 jacket. I would say that air flow in these pants is ok for leathers. I have nothing to compare them to though.

I wear a size 36 US jeans. I first ordered a size 52 EU and couldn't even get it past my knees. So I ordered a size 56 EU and they fit like a glove. I had also purchased a size 36 US Dianese jeans which fit perfect. So their jeans seemed to be sized similar to US sizing, however these pants are pretty true to size, so you should go by your measurements.

I have large calves, and the stretch fabric is great. There is accordion leather above the knees which stretch out when you bend them. I am 5'10" and the they stretch out completely for me. It is perfect for me but I can't imagine anyone much taller wearing these. Dianese is known for varying the same size, so it could be that too.

They look great and I love them.

High quality protection
Bought these pants for summer riding. Have pony pants for cooler weather. Leather quality and knee protection is noticeably higher than the pony pants. Weight is heavier getting them on and off due to knee pucks. Overall comfort good but still breaking the knee protection in, as I had to do with the pony pants. For some reason Dainese went with a pull tab system that you use to tighten the waist but, unlike the pony pants, does not have Velcro to keep it in place. Frustrating as it moves getting the pants on and hard to adjust while wearing. They could do with more perforation on the thighs. Overall, very high quality pants with a few niggles. Still love Dainese though.

Size 48 in these pants
Ducati Monster 796
I just received these pants in the mail, and from trying it on, these pants are incredibly comfortable. I was surprised because originally at the dainese store in SF I was set on purchasing the delta pro's, but decided to go with Revzilla. They kept selling out of the size 48 in RZA, so I decided to pay the extra $40-50 out of convenience, but supposedly the better features, and out of the box, I'm glad I did. They actually for better than the delta pro's because it seemed to fit my legs better. Sitting on my bike, without a ride, it didn't bunch up above the thigh like the delta pros either which makes me feel better in case of a get-off that I'll have a better chance of sliding rather than tumbling.

I don't think that these look as cool as the delta pro's (I got the black version), but I'll take comfort over looks.

I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out the new "non-flapping" waist adjustment. Literally can't adjust it with the pants on, only with it off. I'm sure it's user error. I have no idea what that is all about.

It zips perfectly and seamlessly into my Dainese racing C2 jacket.

Great Pants If You Can Get Consistent Sizing
My Measurements:
Weight: 160 lbs
Height: 5'10"
Chest: 40"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 38"
Athletic Build

By the sizing charts, I am supposedly a size EU 46 or 48. I ordered the 46 and these bad boys would not even fit half way over my thighs (dont skip leg day#. Revzilla CS advised me to try the 48 and it should fit spot on.

After ordering the EU 48, it fit much better. I was able to get the pants over my thighs to my waist area, but the waist was too loose. The waist area felt like it could fit a waist 34" or more. I was thoroughly disappointed as I had a similar issue with weird fitment with the Dainese D1 Racing Jacket #baggy arm area#. I had to consider whether I would get these tailored or buy a different brand to fit my proportions better.

I returned the EU 48 also and decided I would just get them tailored when I was ready to purchase again. I ordered from a different store overseas, and upon receipt, expecting a loose waist, turns out the waist now fit perfectly. No need for tailoring.

As I stated earlier, I had fitment issues with the Dainese D1 Racing Jacket and now these pants. I am unsure as to is this a Dainese Quality issue or just the effects of having garments made in leather and these things are common occurrences. It is very annoying not knowing the consistency you will get when ordering the same size.

Overall, the pants fit great and snug. I feel comfortable taking these and the jacket to the track #had to get the jacket tailored unfortunately for a more racing fit in the arms). Paired these with Dainese TR Course IN Air Boots w the suit to boot system and looks great.

The only pair of tracks you'll have to buy
I'm 5'10" 165 lbs and I bought a 48 euro size. They fit great with a little extra room to grow. Length is good too especially when I hear my boots that fit over the pant leg. I bought the perf version which provides great airflow...I was quite surprised. My bike puts off a lot of heat and these are great for shielding my inner thighs. I love these pants!

Perfect Pants have been a long road, but these are real close
I am 6'1", 180lbs, 34 waist in jeans, and skinny legs. I got the Delta Pro Perf non-Evo last year in 52, they seemed all wrong with limited stretch at the crotch despite being baggy, so I sent them back. Gave the Delta Pro Evo Perf in 52 a try this year, much better mobility - they seemed longer, but were still too baggy so I sent them back as well, but very close to a good pant for me. My Alien pant in 50 is freaking fantastic, second skin albeit a bit short, but they get warm above 80, so I may try the Delta Evo again in 50 once my Aliens wear out, they might be perfect.

I would really love to have a one piece suit, with its better mobility, but no one wears those where I live, so I don't want to be 'that guy'. If you got people wearing suits in your area, that is what I would recommend. Otherwise you may sacrifice some mobility with a separate pant / jacket combo.

Great quality, odd fit.
Great quality and style but fitment issues. These pants run long. Also the zippers on the bottom of the legs really dig in to your ankles/calves when they're worn inside boots. I tried getting the Dainese socks to help with this but no luck. Oh, and the D skin leather stretches, a lot.

Wish I'd known, would have ordered a different size :-/

What is the difference between DELTA PRO EVO PERFORATED (1553675) and DELTA PRO EVO C2 PERFORATED (1553682) DAINESE pants?
Jonathan A on Dec 3, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The way I understand it is it's an updated safety/protection standard to meet the new European regulations. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
I have a Alpinestars Jaws Jacket, does these pants work with my jacket?
Kevin A on Aug 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: So Thise are slightly better then the EVO version are slightly better then?
Will ride mostly in 72 plus degrees(sometime on the track) so I know they will be fine. What about the morning rides on the street about 62 deg will I be cold? Can decide to go with perforated or not.
A shopper on Sep 13, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I'd honestly say you will be comfortable in any form of cooler weather. Other than that they are still tailored as race / heavy protection leathers and with that said hot and sweaty come with the territory. I wouldn't ever consider non perf unless your track only... and even then idk. Make sure you wear some form of undersuit to keep them clean and easy to get out of. I ride everyday and so far the last few months in so cal have been 80+. Just keep moving!
I was trying to compare these to the Alien, I ride mostly 99.9% on the the street but I am also starting to get into track days. I want just one pair of pants, are these pucks removable for when I ride the street where I won't need them?
A shopper on Mar 16, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes they are removable. But they don't bother me I leave them on the street. They look cool and will help in a slide. Good luck.
How well ventilated is this pant? Looking closely, I can only see some perforation in the shin area. It looks like I might be better suited with the delta pro c2 pants over this one since they have perforation everywhere. Thank you so much for your time.
Sam on May 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: These are actually well-vented and perforated more than the photo makes it seem. The leather is all perforated in the front above the ridges that run from the top of the knee in front to the side. It's also perforated from below the stretch panels above the knee down to the shin area.
I tried two sizes (44/46) and found the 44 very tight and the 46 comfortable but a little baggy in the thigh but otherwise ok. Should I go for the smaller size and expect it to stretch or get the slightly bigger 46? The store guys mentioned the leather does stretch quite a bit
A shopper on Apr 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: they do stretch a little. i'd go small and drop a couple pounds. it keeps you from getting fat over the winter months, knowing you got to fit in them in the spring.
Hi guys, I tried on a pair of 50s, but they were too right around the waist. The 52s fitted fine around the waist, but the knee guard was about 3-4 inches too low. When standing or even bending my knees, my kneecap was resting on the top of the knee guard.

I can't see a short pant option for these, but would a 52 short be what I need?
848corseaust on May 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Benjamin, I am 6 foot tall and 33 inches for waist and I bought a pair of 54 and the kneecap fit just OK with knees bent but little low just standing. To my point of view these pants are made to be comfortable in a radical racing position. From what you describe the 52 short would probably be your best guess but I don't know if it will compensate for the 3-4 inch gap. Hope that helps...
How well do these pants work with the Dainese TR-Course Out Air Boots? Has anyone out there used these pants with boots where the pants are tucked in?
Lauson H on May 30, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have some out boots that I put in..they were never meant to be tucked in. ...the zipper closes easily and I love not having the boots catch on anything. ..never been so comfortable than in these pants. .
My waist is 32 & inseam is 29..height is 5.6 inch
