For the price and based on other reviews, I thought these would be great. Though they fit me alright, they are narrower that I'd expected them to be. If you don't have a narrow foot - avoid these or buy them big. I'm hoping they'll loosen up a bit. The airflow is good when you point your toes down toward the pavement.

This shoe has excellent hard shell protection in the ankle and heel areas but has mesh elsewhere for great air flow. I have worn the shoe in mid-90's temperatures, and it has been very comfortable. Most motorcycle boots don't fit me because I have a narrow foot, but the lace-up style of these shoes allows me to get them nice and snug. Easy to get on and off. A nice compromise between protection and comfort as an alternative to larger, heavier, and hotter touring boots.

I've also got a pair of trq ain't boots that look like earth vader when I'm wearing them and not a good boot to wear if I'm going somewhere where I'd like to look normal. These shoes offer great comfort, look pretty normal, and I think will have very good protection. I like them a lot.

Stiff sole, great air flow, ample protection and classic Dainese style. They are a little tight in the toes but other than that they are spot on!

These shoes fit true to Euro size. I like the quick on and off that the draw string offers. Very comfortable and lots of protection with out being a race boot. Stiff but no problems walking in them at all.

These riding shoes flow a lot of air. They are comfortable to wear all day long on or off the bike. They are a bit stiff. I wear a 43 in TCX and Alpinestars and ordered a 42 for these Dainese and they fit perfectly. They feel like they will protect the foot and ankle very well. As far as short riding boots staying on your feet durring a crash I don't know...

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.
Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button
