I liked them, but shoe lace becomes undone.
Maybe I just received a lemon, but after riding about 7000 miles I noticed my left side of the shoe lace would become undone during casual riding. This is because the button does not snap tightly with the lace. The button does not fit perfectly with the lace so overtime it will wiggle off. So now I have to order a new riding boot and I will make sure not to order any with buttons.

Perfect riding shoe!
These shoes are exactly what I was looking for when I found them. The product is exactly as described and pictured. The shoes fit a bit narrow (will break in some though). I would also recommend a half size to one size up. I wear a 13-13.5 US and all Dianese makes is up to a 47 euro. These shoes are just too amazing to send back! I can deal with a little snugness. Features only recieved a 4/5 due to there is no place to secure the speedlaces after youve cinched them up. You have to tuck them in. Not a big deal, maybe for 2013! Work great as riding/walking shoes, definetely a future rebuy.

Great warm weather riding shoe
Wish I discovered these riding shoe for summer wear before now. Provide above average safety, great looks, working and riding comfort when the temperature goes up. Originally fit a little snug, but quickly broke in. Not sure these would keep you dry in rain (haven't got caught yet) but otherwise great product.

Sized at least one size small, dorky looking to boot
I am a Dianese lover and I stand behind their brand. That says a lot because I am generally not brand-loyal. I have also been wearing Dianese Short Shifts size 41/8.5 for the last two years daily.
However these boots in 41/8.5 were extremely narrow and tight for their announced size. Also, they look dorky as h#ll (oh really? I can't say H&LL?)
I know the craftsmen and salesmen behind Dianese do not deserve to have such things said about their product, but in this case it needs to be said because it's cost me cross-country shipping and the money is scarce in the first place.

Awesome boot, just what you'd expect from Dainese!
This is an amazing 'all around' boot. Perfect for every day, basically everything but rain and/or track riding. Great fit, true to size, though maybe a little on the narrow side. Boots have a great feel and solid construction throughout and are super comfortable from the first time you put them on. They add real confidence to your riding. Superb feel and feedback at the shifter and brake. LOVE the fact that there is NO velcro anywhere on this boot, which is awesome considering it's part of virtually EVERY other motorcycle boot in production, and which is a total nuisance in my opinion since it gets stuck to everything it touches and begins to fray as soon as you use it etc., makes these boots a 10 in my book. Add great styling and top notch protection and you've got a solid purchase. You can wear these things all day if you need to and be comfortable, and no one will notice you're wearing serious riding equipment. Ankle and heel cups, toe box, speed laces, snap fastener for lace end to prevent snagging, rigid soles for comfort on long rides, and a flexible and breathable upper all make this a top pick. If you want the added features of toe sliders and padded lace covers you can go for the next step up in this line of boots, those are great too, but at this price point these can't be beat. Fantastic boots!!

Less than expected
For the price and based on other reviews, I thought these would be great. Though they fit me alright, they are narrower that I'd expected them to be. If you don't have a narrow foot - avoid these or buy them big. I'm hoping they'll loosen up a bit.
The airflow is good when you point your toes down toward the pavement.

Good protection for hot weather riding
This shoe has excellent hard shell protection in the ankle and heel areas but has mesh elsewhere for great air flow. I have worn the shoe in mid-90's temperatures, and it has been very comfortable. Most motorcycle boots don't fit me because I have a narrow foot, but the lace-up style of these shoes allows me to get them nice and snug. Easy to get on and off. A nice compromise between protection and comfort as an alternative to larger, heavier, and hotter touring boots.
