This is an awesome product This half cover is perfect to protect your seat and controls from weather, Especially if you ride your bike to work. I live in Texas and the sun is brutal. This is the second one I ordered. I ordered one for my husband's bike and he liked it so much I ordered one for myself. I'm sure I will be ordering one for my son. September 1, 2014
As advertised The cover is a lightweight ripstop material with a coating on the inside, very like a backpacking tent rainfly material. The seams are taped. The hem is elastic and there are velcro straps for the footpegs and the at the front (for under the fender, maybe?). It packs down into a nylon sack a little bigger than a 1 liter Nalgene bottle. I bought this cover to keep the sun off my bike all day at work, and the dew/ rain off my bike overnights while touring. It also keeps your co-workers from trying to sit on your bike. ;) The cover is quick to deploy once you work out a system, packs small, is totally waterproof. It has kept my seat and plastics looking brand new - no paint fade or UV damage. It has kept my seat and gear (I store my jacket on the seat under the cover) bone drying during torrential, sustained storms, and not blown off in high winds. The bad: lightweight fabrics and seam taping sacrifice durability. I've used this cover HARD for about 2 years. It's developed a tear (covered with packing tape for months now), the elastic hem is losing it's stretchiness, and the seam seal tape is starting to dry out and peel off. I'm here to buy another - I feel like it paid for itself. I have an XL covering a VStrom with a big topbox. It will cover my 21L panniers when they're on, too, but not my 36L. August 21, 2014
Excellent for the price Cover is nicely made although light in weight. It packs into a small sack making it easy to take on trips. great value for the price. August 4, 2014
Meh It is awkward to put on my Street Triple and once you get it on it doesn't look very good. June 30, 2014
Great for easy transport and quick cover This is great for a quick cover and easy storage. I have no over head cove for my bike so this works great for me. May 20, 2014
Perfect cover-up for my '08 ZX14 I was looking for a quick and easy cover-up for my ZX14. This was the perfect choice. Very easy to slip on (a cover that is tough to get on/off won't be used!!) and keeps the dust and the cats off the bike. November 10, 2013

Buddy S: I would suggest medium size for your Ducati. It packs down nice and small and is great for over night use while on the road or hot sunny days to keep the heat off your bike and saddle.
If you need something for over night storage in the winter I would suggest going with a full size all weather cover...

Cullen S: You can easily carry this cover in a backpack. I bought a size Large for my Buell Ulysses. I'm not really sure how those two bikes compare though. The Large was necessary for my motorcycle and seems to be very good. Jul 12, 2014

David D: I have the large on an NC700x and the cover is rather roomy. I'm guessing that your Ducati is a smaller bike and has a smaller windscreen. I think you could probably try the medium. Jul 12, 2014

Lin C: I ordered a medium for both of our bikes which are honda naked street bikes. One is a 919 and one is a 600. If you have a windshield and tail bag I would think you would need a larger size. Jul 25, 2014

James H: same thing happened to me.I use that clear tape from aerostich or Gorilla duct tape or climbing stores make a ripstop material that you stick on which is probably the best. ems has it. Good luck Jim Apr 27, 2014

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
John D: I would go with the MEDIUM David. I have a medium for my naked Z1000 and its just a tad big so the medium should fit your gixer well as it has more frontal area.
Hope this helps.

John D: Should fit your R1 nicely. Its fits my Z1000 a little loose but being your is full faired should be a good fit...mine is a MEDIUM. It has good heat/sun reflective material and elastic on both front and rear and is secured by velcro straps...no hooks. May 15, 2014

A shopper asked: What size for a 2001 BMW 1150gs with windshield and bags? Mar 22, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Anthony F: It depends on the size of your bags. I have a 2005 R1200RT with a 49L top case and the 33L side cases, and I alternate running with or without the top case. I use an XL cover that will go over the side cases alone and hits the top of the cylinders. When I have the top case on, it will cover the top case and a quarter of the side cases. If you have the large Vario top and side metal cases, it won't work for you. Mar 22, 2014
