Great bag overall This bag would have been perfect for me if it wasnt for the phone holder being too small for the HTC One, I have to angle it a weird way to make it fit other than that great bag. enough space inside for wallet, keys, phone, documents etc March 3, 2014
Very functional. Installed this on my Ducati Monster S2R and love it! It is small, but that was exactly what I was looking for. Great for carrying wallet, parking pad and phone, ipod. Good looking product. November 4, 2013
Not Durable I like the product but the main pocket ripped out on the side after just one day's use. I don't like to rerturn things so I just sewed the side up myself and it has been working ok. I would recommend the manufacturer improve the stiching. October 30, 2013
Great tank bag for the price Tank bag is perfect for commuting when you just need something simple for carrying the basics - wallet, phone, keys, etc. Heavy duty magnets holds securely to the bike even at 100 km+ on the highway. The cell phone pocket is meant to fit the Iphone 4/s models but it would for sure be too small for an Iphone 5 or similar sized phone. Only thing to be aware of is that in the summer, the cell phone pocket heats up pretty quickly and my phone tends to overheat. Not the biggest deal as you can just leave the pocket half or a quarter unzipped to increase the airflow, but this product may not be the best idea for using your phone as a GPS. All in all great tank bag for the money - highly recommend. September 20, 2013
Dig it Really like this little bag. You wouldn't believe the stuff I can cram into this thing. Phone, wallet, lip balm, garage door opener remote. My phone doesn't fit in the the little compartment designed for that purpose. And frankly, I wouldn't leave my phone in there with the clear plastic cover nor would I leave it in the black upper compartment. But this bag is super for transporting your necessities safely. The magnets are super strong and I don't feel the need to use the straps. The bag fits perfectly between the gas cap and the base of the tank of my Honda Rebel. September 16, 2013
Excellent small tank bag This bag is excellent for my needs. It is small, but I knew that going into it. I needed it for commuting to work, to store my wallet, keys and phone (iPhone 4S). The phone is tight in the clear pocket, but fits nonetheless. It seems like anything bigger than my phone would be a challenge to squeeze in. I am also able to fit my helmet lock in too. I usually rely on only the magnets to secure the bag and they hold very well. I never get nervous that the bag is going to slide off. September 4, 2013
Questionable design, but well made A tank bag is a must have for any commuter and this is a great choice without having to spend too much. It fits a wallet, phone, music player, and garage remote with some room to spare for keys or registration papers. The clear pocket is a bit too small for today's ever-growing smartphones but it'll still fit most media players just fine. The bag feels well constructed and the magnets hold very well, but aren't a hassle to adjust or remove once the bag is on your tank. The instructions say to secure the bag to the triple tree with the included straps but I've found the magnets don't budge at all and that step is not necessary. My one complaint is that the side of the bag meant to be facing you has exposed velcro when it doesn't have its strap extension connected, which will fray some mesh or textile that comes into contact with it if you happen to tuck onto the tank. The velcro also has some exposed loose stitching on it which detracts from the overall look of the bag. I've found that rotating the bag backwards fixes this issue, as well as increasing stick to the tank if it has a tank pad in the way of the single magnet side. Highly recommended for anyone, especially if you're tired of mid-ride pat downs to make sure your wallet and phone are still in your pockets. July 15, 2013

Jon L: I have an iPhone 4 and it's fits with about a half inch of play for in width and about inch and a half for length. So long as the 5 isn't much bigger u should be ok. Nice bag that stay put. I am a newbie rider and it worked well for me. But as I upgrade to a bigger bike I will also do so with the bag. It's great for stuff like phone and wallet and maps. But that's about it. Oct 15, 2013

Cassie M: It fits my droid bionic, with the otter box case on it...I can't say for sure if it will fit the Iphone 5...it's a tight squeeze with the otter box on, but if there is no case on my phone it has room! Oct 17, 2013

Ron B: No an iPhone 5 will not fit. I have a small case on my 4s and it fits very snug. I have to take the case off if i want to use my headphones while the phone is in that part of the bag. Oct 16, 2013

Brandon H: My phone an Lg spectrum 1 is slightly larger than the iPhone 5 and it doesn't not fit in it length wise. But if you have an earlier generation iPhone it should fit fine. Oct 15, 2013

Angela G: The Galaxy S4 will definitely not fit. Its just the size for a iphone 4. The picture is misleading considering you cant even fit headphones into the case with the iphone 4. Oct 14, 2013

James M: No - it won't fit my Galaxy Nexus, which I think is smaller than the S4. I put my phone in the main pocket, and put my garage door opener in the phone pocket. Oct 13, 2013

Scott T: It will definitely fit the bigger pocket but it won't fit in the clear window. My MotiX barely fits in there and the S4 is noticeably bigger than that. Oct 13, 2013

Gregory P: No. It was made for the older smaller smart phones. I have a droid now that doesn't fit and I'm pretty sure the galaxies won't either. Oct 13, 2013

Francois S: Yes, It would work using the straps. The magnets would not be utilized to attach to the tank.

Hope this helps

A shopper asked: Can you stuff a regular baseball cap into the main area of this bag and have it zip? Apr 4, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Kacey3: Not likely. the main pocket is about the size of an CD Wallet. The brim would likely be larger than the pocket could hold. Apr 22, 2013

RevZilla: It is possible to stuff a baseball cap into the main compartment of the Cortech Micro Tank Bag. However, the baseball cap will have to be folded down extremely small. Apr 9, 2013

Woodacres: Don't think you'd be able to fit a standard baseball cap in the main compartment. Not without folding the peak and getting it all out of shape. May 20, 2013

A shopper asked: Is it water proof? Mar 14, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: This bag is not waterproof or water resistant. A better option is the Cortech Super 2.0 8-Liter Strap Mounted Tank Bag; it's a little bulkier, but does include a stowaway rain cover with a clear window. Mar 15, 2013
Reply to RevZilla Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)

A shopper asked: I my pistol to be able to fit. roughly 6"long and 5.5" tall May 2, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: Well, MY pistol didn't fit, but I also use rubber bands for ammo. Shows how much I know. The Micro is about 5 1/2" x 5" - it's gonna be super close, but I think this piece will be too small for your piece. Bummer. You could have gone all Road Rash up and down the highway. May 8, 2013

A shopper asked: Can it accommodate a device that is 6" long x 3"wide? Apr 1, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: No, a 6" x 3" device won't fit into that pocket. It's meant to fit an iPhone, and you can stretch it a little bit, but not that much. Apr 3, 2013
