Do NOT Buy Conti-Motion
Worst cold tire traction I've ever experienced. If you ride in a colder climate, you may not be able to get enough heat into the tire to make it stick regardless of how long you try to heat it up. Tread life is awful. This is my second Conti-Motion. The first was replaced by the shop at a reduced cost. Both rear tires only lasted about 2500 miles each before steel belts started to come through. I do not burnout, drift or have sloppy downshifts where the back tire gets dragged. Pressure was always kept at 40 lbs and the wheel itself was balanced and true. The tires were on a 2003 Yamaha FZ1. A call to the ONLY manufacturer rep in the US for Continental two wheeled vehicles is in NJ and nowhere near SLC, UT to inspect the tire. Learn from my mistake. You get what you pay for and this was nothing more than a complete waste of money and time. Do not buy Conti-Motion. RUBBISH!!!

Nice tire, but short life
I'm a positive person, I'll start with the good: Once I put these tires on, I didn't really think about them again. There was no drama, no slips, no issues. Most of this tire's life was spent in the mountains (PA, WV, VA, NC, TN) and I had zero concerns on roads such as the Dragon and other similar roads. If you're a low-mileage rider or really tight on cash, these might work pretty well for you.

So the bad: I installed these in April, rode once to work, once on a 150-ish mile Sunday ride, and on a 9-day 2600 mile trip. The tire is showing cords in the middle with 3000 miles. The trip was into the mountains (as mentioned), so it would be rather hard on the tire. Thing is, I did a similar trip a couple years ago on a Pilot Road 2 and that tire easily lasted the rest of the summer. I normally get 6-8k out of a rear over the last 4-5 PR2 and Conti Road Attacks. In short, the money just doesn't work out. I'll end up paying $200 for two tires to get what one $170-ish tire will do. The Front looks better, I'll probably get through another rear before that needs to be changed.

Please check out the pictures, I'm rather proud of the wear. :)

Bike: R1150R, with 230 lbs of me and maybe 100lbs of gear on it for the trip. 40 and 44 PSI when loaded, 36 and 40 PSI when not.

excellent tire, great value
this my third set of ContiMotions, they work fine on my eco-sportbike, MZ Skorpion SportCup, with Yamaha 660 single motor. now over 37k and counting. Tires have good feed-back, all-weather traction and enough mileage. Who needs mileage ? we need Grip ;~)

Dont worry, they're legit! Honda Superblackbird 1100XX
I was really afraid to buy these since they're so cheap but im glad i did. As soon as they were on i headed out on a road trip from Wisconsin to Houston Texas. They never missed a beat. They're certainly not high end performance tires and i can actually feel where the two kinds of rubber meet when turning but the grip is good and never felt loose. I didnt rain on me the whole time but i started out in high 30's weather and then was in mid 80s so a lot of different pavement temps and they never missed a beat. I cant comment on the wet or tread life yet but i wouldnt hesitate to buy them again. Definitely legit tires and i should mention i was at pretty high speeds for long periods of time too. A sustained 98mph for over half an hour and even 106 for 13 minutes with bags and these tires never gave me any probs or worries. So these are legit and work great. Obv im no employee or rep of Revzilla or Conti so this is a legit review too. =)

Sometimes you get more than you pay for!
I purchased these tires for my BMW R1200RT to try and save a few bucks vs. some other brands. I've been through many sets of Metzlers and Michelins and both are great tire brands. I purchased the front and rear Continetnals for less than the cost of a new rear Michelin. After about 1000 miles, I've been impressed enoughed to recommend them to everyone I know. We will have to wait and see how long they last, but otherwise, they are great.

Good summer tire
I use my bike year round and find that these tires are good as long as the temperature is above about 50 they tend to loose grip in cooler temps on a damp road.

great buy!
so I bought my first bike last year. an 05 gsxr 600. I had prior years experience on dirt bikes, so by no means am I a novice. and these tires came on my bike I didn't do any research on them first, I had no idea it was a touring tire... on a sportsbike... I rode the thing like I stole it most of t he time. I live more in the western suburbs surrounding Chicago where the roads are wide and fast. I only got about 6-7k miles on the rear tire( my front tire has about 9k on it and still half life). and that's including the 1 track day and the occasional knee dragging weekend. I lost traction a couple of times but it was more due to me over riding my bike into turns. the tire is very predictable too it tells you when its going to slip and when it does its extremely manageable to keep upright. I personally never ride in rain so I cant say anything about that but in the damp/slightly wet times it handles great minimal slip you can still lean quite far over in the wet too. overall fantastic tire which is why I bought it again!

Cant Complain, especially for the price!
So I have only been riding for two years, and these tires are on my 2006 Sv650, and I never even thought about them. . I did burnouts, slid around corners, went to one track day, and a few cornering schools. I also live in the Bay Area, and frequent Hwy 9, very twisty, and a lot of guys are running track tires up there. .

But not me! I honestly should have bought another pair of these tires. . I road them from Santa Clara to Oregon and back, and sure they get a little square, but any tire you ride on the freeway will do that. Also my bike is very torque EE, and I pull hard out of every corner, and every take off. . And still managed to get about 6000 miles out of them. . I didn't see the metal belts, and the only reason I changed tires is because they were starting to get the rubber rolling off of the middle. . And the front tire got a slice in it from an off road adventure I took while in the Mtns. . I pushed these tires very hard, and maybe I shouldn't have, but they worked like a champ! And were super cheap. .

Heres my honest opinion, I think tires are important, but I think ridding is 80 % mental, 10 % skill, and 10 % luck. . .

Like this tire, Love the price
I don't remember which magazine it was that I saw the Conti-Motion in, but they had just come out. So far I have logged about 2500 miles on them.( I bought the front also). I have a 1999 Honda Blackbird with 56,000 on it. I run them at 38 lbs front and rear. I have had a variety of tires on this machine. These are good. But not the best. I had a set of Pirelli Angels that were GREAT. I just wanted to try something new. They are wearing well and should give me another 3000 miles easy. Wet weather traction is better than average.

Conti-motion is a very stable tire at all speeds
I replaced my Conti-RoadAttack 2 with the "motion" as a quality yet cost conscience purchase. I couldn't be happier. This tire is stable at all speeds while very quiet. I will know more about tread life in time. Thank You Revilla for fast & quality customer service.
