Works well on smaller bikes too
Replaced the worn bt 020 on my Kawasaki ninja 650r with this. The linear stability greatly increased, as did it's predictability in turns. It's smooth at speed and the shop didn't even need to add weight to balance it. I also hope to get a longer life out of this heavier duty tire on my lighter bike.

Excellent Tire for Sport Touring
First off let me say RevZilla is awesome to deal with! Easy ordering and quick delivery!
I've been looking for a good tire to hit the Texas hill country with and I think I have found that perfect match. Went on a spirited ride this weekend and tires stuck like glue to every corner! Can't comment on longevity yet, but so far am extremely happy. Previous tire was the BT016, so not far from what I was riding on, but this tire seems to like the corners a lot more.

Excellent sport touring tire!
Great tire for the buck. Excellent performance too. I'm on my 3rd tire now and I will keep using BT23 GTs. I'm also using GTs on the rear tire on my Connie and it all works out very well.
I'm a heavy guy (220lbs) on a heavy Connie 14, yet this tire works impeccable. I ride rain or shine, but mostly shine in Cali however ;).
I put 9200 miles on the last one. Simply amazing!

An aggressive sport tourer.
I put these on my FJR 1300 to replace the Road Pilot 2. The BT-023gt seem to dive in to the corner more aggressively. It surprised me at first but I quickly fell in love with how my bike turned. I recommend to all.

Perfect tire for sport touring
I bought a set of the BT-023 GT (front and rear) for my 2005 FJR1300 in preperation for a cross country trip I recently made. The trip was a total of 5000 miles over 2 weeks that covered everything long highway miles through the Arizona desert to carving corners on Mulholland Highway to running down dirt roads in the Rocky Mountains.
Simply put the BT023's blew away my expectations. They are the perfect compromise between comfort and performance. They wear great (5000 miles in and they look like they have 50% left). They provide a smooth ride on the highway without that disconnected feeling you get from a full on touring tire. However the greatest aspect I loved about these tires was the confidence they inspire. When you're throwing a 700lb bike through the twisty canyons of SoCal or up the Pikes Peak Highway, you have to trust that your tires are going to grip.
I have tried other tires, both cheaper and more expensive and in the end I keep coming back to the BT-023's for my street bikes.

Good tire for playing in the curves
I have ridden this tire at high speeds; they corners well, stable at high speeds and has decent traction in wet weather. They have good feed back from the road. When the tires are in good shape the bike does not wobble from un-balance.
I have ridden these tires on long trips from Oregon to the Grand Canyon. When I ride with the guys at high speed they track very well, playing in the corners they'll go as far as you want them too. Most of the guys I ride with have switched to these tires. They are reasonable priced.
All in all a very good tires.

Great tire great price
This is a great sport touring tire. My 1250 Suzuki Bandit has never handled better 2up. Tire turns in much better than the stock Dunlop and feels much more planted.
