I use this in my Shark Evoline helmet it fits somewhat comfortably. The sound is good but my Iphone has a hard time understanding voice commands from it.

Flimsy cheap connector

Stopped working on the left speaker. It is the flimsy connector that failed. The vendor does not accept returns on bluetooth items... that seems like fraud.

Awesome product. Great sound with plenty of volume. Easy to install, high quality build, and appears to be quite durable. Speakers are somewhat deep (which is no doubt why they sound so good) which takes up a decent amount of space near the ears. May require some slight modification for optimum comfort is helmet fit is snug.

After years (39+) no more hand jesters or trying to yell to the passenger, not to mention another set of eyes, looking out for dimwits in cages, so the passenger can add to our riding saftey. Connects with GPS,cell, I-Pod,ect... Volume pretty good with ear plugs installed. Now lets see how long everything stays together.

Works well - great sound quality.

Unit installed and paired easily with a Garmin Zumo, Motorola Droid, and another Interphone F4. Audio is very clear and installation was a breeze. Would highly recommend.
One note: if you have a full face helmet, you'll want to get the full face mic/speaker kit so the mic fits properly.

A Good Choice......however......

My one issue, and this most likely depends on helmet type, is with regard to how the speakers fit in my helmet. (Arai Corsair) They are made of hard material, and you may need to purchase thiner, and or rework the padding around your ears, and perhaps even cut some away in order to inset them effectively. I did not initially and found that after about an hour my ears began to hurt due to the additional compression. Also, be careful to purchase the correct unit, the Universal will not work effectively with a "full face" helmet. i.e. mic mount need to be a soft wire verses the harder conduit type arm.

I am looking to purchase 2 sets of the Interphone F4. My helmet is a modular AGV. My wife's helmet is a full face AFX. Some articles I have read state that a full face kit is needed, but others state the product has different microphones to fit in both types of helmets. I just want to confirm with you that the product you are carrying will fit both styles of helmet.

These units will fit fine on a modular helmet, but you just need to be careful where they are mounted. Typically you need to mount behind the flip-face portion to preserve the wiring. This means that the microphone will sit towards the side of your face, instead of directly in front, but this usually doesn't affect the sound too much.Age: 25-34
