disappointing put these on the bike today. the clutch side grip has holes on the underside and looks like it's about to split. they look great (from the top) and are very grippy, but clearly not very sturdy if they split during the install. November 3, 2015
Thrusters Good solid grips, easy to install, typical Biltwell quality. I don't see these lasting for more than a few seasons but between the aesthetics, pricing and ease of install, this is not necessarily a bad thing - leaves multiple options on the table. I also purchased the Biltwell Whiskey throttle tube to be able to easily change out grips. October 19, 2015
Easy and nice Excellent grip. It was easy to install them and once they were mounted the style/look of the bike was great. May 5, 2015
Well made Product as expected. Quality material, very thick rubber. Easy to install like other grips. Little bit of trouble cutting the end of the grip but only because the rubber was so thick and strong. Exacto knife wound up doing the trick. Thickness of these grips is greater compared to other 7/8's grips. So gives an overall thicker bar if that's what you're after. June 15, 2015
they look really good and are very comfy. The install was pretty simple with soap an water. The looks are amazing. May 13, 2015
Great Grip I was looking for a brown 7/8th grip to match the seat on my GL1000. This was basically my only choice. However, I LOVE Biltwell products and the style and feel of these grips. Very happy with my purchase. Here is a video review. Revzilla doesn't recognize Vimeo for some reason... https://vimeo.com/123753139 March 31, 2015
split the ends getting these on Installed the clutch side without issue, but the throttle side split in two places shortly after installing. They look rad but it sucks that they split so easily. Had to safety wire the ends and use bar ends March 23, 2015
Great, but could use a couple of improvements. I like the Hersheys milk choclate brown color I ordered, and the grippy mixture and texture. And they are thick, so there is plenty to grab ahold of, on a 7/8' handlebar. Negatives?.. The holes are slightly small, so they are a bit of a pain to slide on, even after being soaked a hot soapy water solution for a few minutes. Also, I wish that a groove was molded into each of the ends, to make it easier to cut off the ends for bar end mirrors. They have only been on for a week, so I am unsure how durable they will be, but they appear to be well made, so far. February 11, 2015

A shopper asked: I have a 2014 Bonneville T100 Black (injection not carb). Do I need the 7/8" or 1" grips? Oct 8, 2015

Sean H: I have the same bike, but 100% stock. I bought both sizes - the smaller ones worked fine once I finally got them on, but the right grip exploded after a few weeks.

Placed the 1" grips on and they work great - no issues since. Go with the larger ones for sure.

Dan K: Best thing you can do is determine the diameter of your handlebars yourself. The 1" is pretty standard across the board and your Bonneville probably has 1" handlebars, but it's best for you to measure.

P.S. The triumph forums say 1"...

A S asked: When using these grips? What parts do I need get to use on a fly-by-wire setup. I only saw throttle sleeves for old traditional throttle cables. Dec 30, 2014

Liam I: You don't need any additional parts but your grips. Slice off the old ones, and these will fit over your existing throttle sleeve. Jan 13, 2015

Liam I: The grips are all you need. These slide right over existing throttle sleeves, be they cable or TBW. Jan 13, 2015
