Biltwell Leather Gauntlet Gloves
Fits slightly small
Love the gloves, love biltwell products. I normally wear a large in gloves without issue. These were VERY snug when I first purchased them. So much so that when I stopped riding and took off my gloves, I had pressure marks all over my hands (especially my pinky fingers) from where the seams are inside.
I remedied this by soaking them in water, and going for a 3 hour cruise session, letting them dry out while riding. They fit and feel perfect now. I could MAYBE squeeze in a thin glove liner if I needed to.
Very comfortable now, style rocks, very basic old school gloves, cold air will come through and hit your hands. I'd say 60-85 degree weather is the spot for these gloves if cruising at 65 mph

Great all-around glove for warmer climates.
I am definitely a Biltwell fan. I have a few of their products and when I saw these I just had to try them out. It's hard to find a good gauntlet that is sleek and gives that vintage café/bobber/vintage look. It is also hard to find a pair that is suited for warmer Australian and snowless winters. I took these for a decent ride around S.E. Queensland in July (mid-winter in Australia) and they kept my hands pretty warm. I would say they are more of a casual glove suited to 'rides' rather than day trips. The airflow is enough that you won't end up with a pool of sweat, but it kept the cold air out for a 3.5/4 hour trip.
I would recommend trying a size larger. I got a large and it was ok but in the end I gave them to a mate of mine. I considered buying them again in a larger size but I think I'll try something different with a little more to offer in comfort and protection for longer trips.

Quality Control could be better...
I really want to love these gloves...the construction, materials and style are top notch. Unfortunately, Biltwell's attention to detail in quality control is not. One of the gloves was sewn with a significantly shorter thumb and forefinger, which creates a strange pressure point in my hand on rides lasting more than 20 minutes. Sadly, by the time I realized this, I'd worn the gloves for a few rides and figured it was too late to exchange them.
They're beautiful spring/summer gloves though...I just wish one of them wasn't jacked up by a poor sewing job.

Good but not perfect
I wear a large in all the brands and these fit a bit snug. No problem there, however, they are snug everywhere. I cannot wear a watch under these gloves of any reasonable thickness. Further, the neck of the glove meant to go over a jacket must have been designed to go over a non-insulated jacket. Only my summer weight jacket has sleeves thin enough to go under these gloves.
The gloves are very warm especially for more 60s riding. The stitching and comfort are on par with other gloves. I do enjoy the thinness of the gloves: i can feel the controls and buttons on the controls through these gloves rather than fingering my way through controls and hoping to hit the right button.

Great Product with Great Style
These gloves have great style and comfort. They hold out against the wind pretty well, but it does get slightly chilly when you ride in winter weather. I love the stitching done in the index and middle fingers, really does help to control the brake and clutch better. Overall, no complains.
Love them and would definitely recommend them to other customers.

Awesome glove, superior quality
Everything by Biltwell is excellent top notch quality. This glove is really solid with thick leather. The double leather patches in the areas that get the most action help as well. The fingers are pre curved so they are very comfortable right out of the box. I expect to have these for a long time.
Size: I usually wear large glove and this large fit perfect but I will say it's a snug fit. I'm sure it will stretch / relax over time but you may want to order on the larger size if in doubt.
Con: only con is that the felt lining is pretty minimal & what little is there is only on the top of the glove. I'm used to gauntlet gloves having a thinsulate liner thru out the glove. However given that the leather is thicker than most other gloves I've tried, it may not be an issue. It was 60 outside today and I was fine. Not sure how well they'd do below 50.
Overall great glove.
