Biltwell One Inch Frisco Handlebars

At 7 inches from center of clamping area to center of the top bend, Frisco bars are 2 to 5 inches taller than most stock handlebars. The nearly flat back sweep creates a T-Bar look and feel without making changes to your trees or risers.

  • Seamless 4130 chromoly tubing
  • All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses
  • All welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded

Fitment Notes & Exceptions

This is a universal fit part; it may or may not fit without modification.

  • Available in smooth for aftermarket hand controls or custom applications, and dimpled for 1982-Up stock Harley-Davidson switches and levers

These bars are awsome Picked up these bars to replace my stock mustache bars on my 1200 custom. I have to say these bars look awsome. They are much straighter and take some getting use to. (I think maybe 2 inches of pullback would be perfect but I really can't complain.) Once you do you will like the way they make your bike look. Not to tall like ape hangers and not to short. My bike fells like it handles better in the turns too. I did change the brake cable out but it will reach if you take it off the clamps. I didn't like how it looked and it was pinching when I turn the bars to the right. . I think maybe 2 inches of pullback would be perfect but i really can't complain. October 7, 2015
Great set of bars The Biltwell frisco handle bars were shipped very quickly to me and the quality of the Biltwell frisco handle bars was superb. The install was easy and quick. The quality of the chrome on the biltwell frisco handlebars was awesome. I would recommend this product to all my friends. August 3, 2015
Great Bars Built Great. Feel Great on my nightster. Fast shipper as usaual July 27, 2015
great bars These bars completely changed my riding stance of my iron 883, and for the better. My arms are stretched out more and im able to sit up a little straighter. The stock lines on my sportster were long enough, but BARELY. The front brake line is at its limit, and will probably need to be replaced but for the time being it works. Great product and they arrived VERY quickly. January 21, 2015
great! Put these bars on a 2011 Nightster. Didn't have to Change any cables out. They look great and the narrower bar makes for a better ride in traffic and around town. Great bar for the price!! August 11, 2014
Aggressive bars Love these bars, high enough where your don't feel like your wrestling your bike through canon turns but low/narrow enough where you feel like bad a** cruising around town. I actually modified them and pulled all my wired through the bars (kind of a pain). The only thing I wish these bars had was knurling but sadly none Biltwell bars come with that option. June 2, 2014

Matthew P: No Sure on the iron mine did not need them due to fact they are a bit smaller width, a great bar, not enough pull back for me, used them for a week. nice bars tho Jun 24, 2015

ryan c: Yeah the irons have those low drag type bars and the cables have low clearance with those. You'll need a new brake line as well. Hope this helps Jun 24, 2015

Phil G asked: Will these bars fit my Harley 48 with stock cables ? Oct 2, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Carlos H: Yes, you will have to remove the clamps holding the break line and re route through the headlight by loosening the bolt and lowering it down enough to get the master cylinder through. Oct 21, 2015

Phil G asked: Hello just checking the difference between dimpled and smooth handlebars pretty sure dimpled is for internal wiring ? but just checking thanks Sep 29, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Adam P: Yes and no! Dimpled bars are specifically for HD stock controls, and yes, wiring is the reason they are dimpled, but even smooth bars can be drilled for internally routed wiring. If you will be mounting stock Harley controls on these Frisco bars and you will not be modifying them in any way from how RevZilla ships them to you, then you want dimpled. You can run your stock controls on smooth bars (as well as aftermarket controls) and may want to do this if you plan to modify the bars by shortening them, for example. Basically smooth bars are for metrics or custom HD applications, and dimpled are for direct stock replacement. If you are unsure, contact RevZilla customer service for specific fitment advice!
