Bell Revolver EVO Templar Helmet
Seems like a solid product.
The fit seems slightly snug. I am sure it will loosen up over time.
It does seem a bit loud to me, I have not had any other modular helmets but have had an 3/4 helmet and it seems just as loud as the 3/4.
The sunshade is a little light, I read reviews and saw the same and actually was going to order the darker shade and forgot.
Outside lens is very hard to clean the inside. Not too much of a con considering how much it needs to be cleaned.
I am not sure if its my fat short neck or not but I find it very hard to turn my head when looking over my shoulder changing lanes. The fit is very tight around my neck area as well. Love the magnetic closure/holder for the strap, works very well and easy to get placed with gloves on. I have never had it come loose during riding either.
Airflow doesn't seem to be a lot. I have mainly been riding this helmet this winter and seems to keep the air out. Don't think I will ride with this helmet during the summer, I have a half helmet for that.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend to another rider or friend. Very solid construction seems like a lasting product. Probably most impressed with the inside as far as construction is concerned.

Great helmet. the best thing about this helmet is the flip down sun shade or glasses. I bought a dark smoke inner sun shade to use during the day and works great. At night I kept my clear front visor and the combo is awesome. flow was great. had my face shield up most of the time except on highways, otherwise I used the inner visor through town. kept the temps inside the helmet down. Nice thing about this helmet is you can take a drink of water with out taking off your helmet. always a plus.
This past October I was rear ended at a stop light when I was stopped. She hit me so hard I flew over her car and as I landed I hit my head first on the ground and didn't feel a thing thanks to this helmet. I think it held up great. just scratched pretty bad. Good example: always wear a helmet. I wasn't even moving and it probably saved my life.
I also like the Templar design. Overall I would recommend this helmet.

great features for its price!
The helmet itself is actually kinda big. The inside however is very cramped, but it fits my jalopy head. Other than that it has many great features that are really useful that you usually find in pricier helmets. The build may not be the best, it has a whole lot of air flow through the vents, to the point where it may get a bit too chilly if it ever gets cold down here in Florida. Other than that great helmet, solid build, kinda cheap materials but great for its price. I'd also recommend getting a size larger than your actual head size on account that its GONNA be a tight squeeze. Yet another great bell product!

Modular, but still cool
Bought the Bell EVO Templar helmet. First of all, the helmet looks great. a very complete product, having the internal sun shade saved me some $$ and some visor changes. The helmet is overall good, I have only noticed 3 things which i think are important for someone looking at buying this helmet.
1. The magnetic latch. Broke the 3rd time i wore the helmet. It looks like an iron-on patch holds the magnet in. I sewed both sides of the patches on when they pulled off, so far so good.
2. 45 mm face pads. they are 45 mm. My previous helmet was a medium with 25mm pads. I got caught off guard with how tight this helmet was on my head (no local Bell dealer to try it on) I am going to order the 35 mm pads online, I think it will fix this.
3. Wind noise. It is a bit loud in the helmet. From what I understand though, this is pretty common on all modulars.
my previous helmet was an HJC CL-15 and while i do like the features the Revolver EVO has, i wish it was a little bit smaller on the outside and a little bit bigger on the inside. However all in all, worth every penny.

I was excited when received my purchase and amazed because i live a bitty litly far from the states and the shipment arrived in no more than two weeks almost to my bedroom, have to admire the post office services on both sides, mexico and u.s.a. Okay the helmet: get use to be adamired all the time. The paint and cover are perfect, fit exactly as espected, practical chin strap, wanted to put the helmet by the baccarat wine glasses to be admired by everyone but had to wore it. I'm a plain & simple man, so everything about my modular helmet is more than my concept of enough. Is tough and beautiful. Looks too way better than pics. Wind flows so freely that may be a little noisy if you have a quiet bike but i drive a H-D CVO so the sounds are philharmonically combined: wind, music and my 1800 cc breathing are simple the best.

Great Helmet for the Price
This is a great helmet. I usually have issues getting a closed faced helmet that fits right. This one fits great. It is a little noisy, but has cut out for headphones so the noise isn't an issue. I wore this helmet on a recent ride and had it on for two hours without any issues. The inner sun shade fogs up a little but the outer shied stays fog free. The airflow is great also. The chin curtain is a great feature too.

Great Bang for the buck
This helmet is a great helmet under 200 dollars. Everything is really good it is a little loud would be my only complaint. I looked up best helmet for the money, this helmet kept showing up in the searches. I would buy it again.

Magnetic keep-Customer service
This helmet is a great value. I've used it the entire riding season this year and have just one minor complaint. The magnetic keep on the chin strap did not last very long. The magnet is kept in place by two small adhesive covers on either side. Here's the great part. After reading through some unrelated reviews of other helmets it occurred to me that I might be eligible for a claim. I contacted Revzilla via email and less than 24 hours later received a response from their team. The email was a personal response citing my particular item and concerns. The return was authorized and a link for a pre-paid return slip was sent in an additional email. I never expected such a quick and simple response. I have made a few purchases on Revzilla and can honestly say their customer service is excellent. As for the helmet, you can't beat it at this price point. The magnet issue is being addressed and the remainder of the helmet is trouble free. I purchased a darker shield, in retrospect I probably should have spent the extra cash on the photochromic shield and saved myself the trouble of having to swap out during night riding. The shield swap is incredibly easy with the quick releases. Removing the pads for the occasional wash was very simple. Field of view is wide and the modular design allows for greater cooling at stops. Great helmet. Great website.
