This value is tough to beat The Bell Revolver EVO Templar is a great helmet. I simply cannot spend 4-5-6-7 etc. hundred dollars on a helmet so value is important. My baseball cap is 7 3/8 inches and the Large Revolver is dead on. Internal sun visor is a little meh since it is a bit light though one could wear sunglasses as well (I do). Sound is a tad loud though I'm in the habit of wearing plugs to preserve long term hearing anyhow. Can't beat the features for a modular helmet for the price and the build has been solid. Shipped well from Revzilla - thanks July 15, 2014
great helmet great cs this is a really good helmet. I have a long oval head shape that measures 23 inches in circumference but it did take a xxl.I had to return an item and customer service was very polite so I thanked them.I could not believe that they sent me a thank you note byway of snail mail. The fact that any customer service department would take to time to send a thank you note in the mail is amazing. I feel that this reflects an outstanding customer service department. I intend to continue shopping with Revzilla whenever possible. Thanks again Revzilla. July 7, 2014
Nightster1200 Good helmet. But the noise in 120 km Loud. Good helmet for motorcycle with Windshield July 7, 2014
Great Helmet awesome looks!!! This helmet provides the protection options that I was looking for in a modular helmet. During hot summer days the ventilation is very confortable while you are riding. If you have to stop at the traffic light and wait for more than 1 minute, you will have to open the shield because it can be somewhat unconfortable for those of us who can handle the heat. At high speeds (50-70mph) can get very noisy. The only complain that I have is that after a few weeks the magnet on the strap fell off, but then I super glue it and it's been doing great since then July 18, 2014
Nice helmet for the price A good modular helmet for the price that feels well made and looks cool. My only complaint is i wish the supplied sun visor was darker. July 14, 2014
Happy with purchase Very nice helmet. Great value for a modular helmet. Don't expect it to be as quiet as a full face but it does a good job for a modular. Helmet opens easily. Get the dark inner shield and as others have stated you need to pull HARD to get the original one out. Thanks to the other reviews the switch was accomplished in a couple of minutes. I would never have pulled that hard on it otherwise, thinking it would break! The controls for the inner shield are easy to operate with gloves. The only drawback is that the location of the controls may interfere with some communication systems you might want to use. The helmet is well vented. Spoiler on back of helmet means no helmet rise. Overall seems to be a quality product. July 13, 2014
A little loud, but works great I have not damaged it yet in an accident, thankfully. It fits well. I have recently had laser eye surgery requiring the constant use of sunglasses. The modular aspect lets me keep on my glasses as I take it off, very convenient. The wind noise is greater than another helmet I have used. Currently this is always my go to helmet when riding. RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Jon D: Good features for the price Jul 15, 2014
KENNETH M: the comfort in relation to ears Jul 13, 2014
Rannie L: Aesthetics are very important for me. Soo important that I'm willing to sacrifice some protection (Hi-Viz) for a design that suits my taste. In my opinion, this is one of the coolest helmet graphic on a modular to date. Plus this modular helmet has some pretty good bang for the buck. Jul 7, 2014
J I: this will be my first modular helmet. the internal sun visor, positive lock chin bar and overall design of this helmet appealed to me. Jun 14, 2014

A shopper asked: If you are wearing sunglasses, can you still lower the internal sun-shade w/o hitting the sunglasses? Sep 27, 2013

Peter F: I wear glasses and have no problem with the internal sunshade. I buy the modulars because of the glasses. The only thing that bugs me a bit is when I raise or lower the entire front piece to wear or remove the helmet the under chin curtain rubs my face. But if I flatten it with my thumb it's ok. I do like it. Sep 27, 2013

Juan L: Yes you can still wear glasses underneath the helmet and lower the internal visor without any obstructions. One thing to note is that the helmet is tight regarding its size so if you have a round built face then you need a bigger helmet than what you would normally wear. I can still manage to insert my sunshades after I have the helmet on my head but there is a bit of a struggle. I normally wear a medium size helmet, but I should have bought a large and the fit would have been perfect. Sep 27, 2013

Shawn S: You might be able to lower the internal sun-shade while wearing sunglasses. I have not tried to wear sunglasses with this helmet.
Living in Arizona where there is a lot of sun - most of the time the built-in sun-shade works good enough on its own.

Joshua C: I doubt it, I couldn't possibly wear my Oakley Radarlocks and put down the internal visor as it sits so close to your face. I did add the Transistions shield and it helped a lot. Sep 27, 2013
