not for my fat, round head..
I like the helmet just fine. However, the stock 40mm cheek pads are too thick. The 35mm cheek pads are still too thick, but I can at least tolerate this helmet for a somewhat longer stint-approximately an hour. What Bell should really offer are cheek pads in 25mm and 30mm sizes. Until this happens, I'll be looking for other helmet options. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No more headaches
I bought these to relieve the pressure against my temples while wearing my Revolver Evo when riding. Long rides were brutal and always ended in a serious headache that was tough to knock back. Getting these did the trick and now I'm headache free.
My only gripe with these cheek pads is that the snaps don't line up well and often come undone. I noticed that I had this problem with the stock pads as well, but these seem to be a bit worse. I end up having to check them frequently to make sure they are still snapped in. Otherwise they get the job done.

Still a little tight
I got these smaller pads to make a little more room in my Bell Revolver Helmet.
It did just that..a LITTLE more room.
Its still pretty difficult to get a pair of glasses on, though it did relieve some pressure from my cheeks .
Maybe after they break in a little more they will allow for a little more room.
All in all it does help if your cheeks are feeling a little too snug or giving you a 'flushing' like feeling in your cheeks while wearing the helmet.

Made my Revolver Evo fit even better!
I liked the fit of my Revolver Evo, but it seemed a little loose on the cheeks. I didn't know you could customize the fit, until I happened upon the replacement cheek pads. My helmet came with 40mm pads, and I switched to these 45's. What a difference it made. It hugs my face like it should and wind noise was reduced even further.

Easy way to fine tune the fit.
The helmet fit my long oval head better after I installed these slightly thicker cheek pads.

Jose Antonio G: I buy these one because my REvolver EVo Wrap Red helmet medium size fit so tight, by the way I have another Bell Star helmet same size (medium) that fits perfect, so the Revolver one doesn't, hope with these liners fits wellJun 16, 2015
Norman B: To relieve pressure on temples after a long ride, I.e. 1 hour plus. Hopefully this will help, based on previous comments by others.Apr 19, 2015
J. L. J: because the helmet is hurting my face. hopefully this will solve the problem.Feb 13, 2015
Eric S: The 40mm pads that came with the helmet were too tight for my glasses. Hopefully the 35mm pads will prove a better fit.Feb 4, 2015
R E: I found that the 45mm pads that came with my helmet were too thick, so these should help things fit better.Aug 20, 2014
Phillip w: My medium Revolver Evo is very tight at the temples..I will try 40mm cheek pads.Dec 25, 2013
A shopper asked:I have a Revolver Evo in size small and the cheeks and temples are a bit snug what would be the correct size if I wanted to switch to the next thinner cheek pads?Jun 22, 2014
Joshua L:I had bought an XL helmet, the cheek pads it came with were 40mm. The helmet was tight. I ordered the 35mm replacements to give more room. So, the smaller the cheek pads the more room you will have in the helmet. This will not affect the temple area much though. I was worried about the tightness of mine but everyone told me that once I wore it a while it would naturally loosen up. They were right. The new cheek pads helped around the face and wearing it a while has helped the temple area fit perfectly.Jun 22, 2014
Scott G:If you remove the pads supplied with your helmet, they are labeled with the supplied size. You can then make a decision about the correct replacement. Mine were a bit loose at 40mm (on a medium EVO helmet) so I went up to the next size at 45mm and they fit great now.
A shopper asked:I just bought a Bell Revolver EVO Rally Helmet XL. Its a bit too snug. I am new to this and know very little of the sizing. I am not sure if i should return the helment, or just get thinner cheek pads. If i do just get thinner cheek pads how does the cheek pad sizing work so i know which ones are thinner?Dec 18, 2012
