Still a little tight
I got these smaller pads to make a little more room in my Bell Revolver Helmet.
It did just that..a LITTLE more room.
Its still pretty difficult to get a pair of glasses on, though it did relieve some pressure from my cheeks .
Maybe after they break in a little more they will allow for a little more room.
All in all it does help if your cheeks are feeling a little too snug or giving you a 'flushing' like feeling in your cheeks while wearing the helmet.

not for my fat, round head..
I like the helmet just fine. However, the stock 40mm cheek pads are too thick. The 35mm cheek pads are still too thick, but I can at least tolerate this helmet for a somewhat longer stint-approximately an hour. What Bell should really offer are cheek pads in 25mm and 30mm sizes. Until this happens, I'll be looking for other helmet options. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No more headaches
I bought these to relieve the pressure against my temples while wearing my Revolver Evo when riding. Long rides were brutal and always ended in a serious headache that was tough to knock back. Getting these did the trick and now I'm headache free.

My only gripe with these cheek pads is that the snaps don't line up well and often come undone. I noticed that I had this problem with the stock pads as well, but these seem to be a bit worse. I end up having to check them frequently to make sure they are still snapped in. Otherwise they get the job done.

Easy way to fine tune the fit.
The helmet fit my long oval head better after I installed these slightly thicker cheek pads.

Made my Revolver Evo fit even better!
I liked the fit of my Revolver Evo, but it seemed a little loose on the cheeks. I didn't know you could customize the fit, until I happened upon the replacement cheek pads. My helmet came with 40mm pads, and I switched to these 45's. What a difference it made. It hugs my face like it should and wind noise was reduced even further.

Great pads and shipping!
I have owned a revolver helmet for about three and a half years. It fit me fine with none of the problems that the others had mentioned in their reviews. The cheek pads had become compressed so I decided to use my revzilla cash to buy new pads of the original 40mm thickness. The pads arrived with the usual packaging which, just like in previous orders, involved lots of bubble wrap. They essentially padded the pads - LOL! The shipping was head-swimmingly fast just like with the other orders too!
I immediately inserted the new pads in my helmet. They took a little finesse with the last snap like others have mentioned in their reviews but so did the original pads. The helmet fit me fine when I tried it on. I plan on ordering the helmet liner next.

heavy, pressure on cheek bones
bought this hat and a transitions face shield.[love the transitions face shield] tried on the hat and it seemed fine, however after riding for an hour I could not stand the pain on my cheek bones. bought thinner cheek pads. Same problem. I cut and removed the foam that pressed on my cheeks and that seems to have solved the problem. had a back procedure and have to wait for that to heal before I can take a long ride to see if the problem is solved.

I needed replacement cheek pads for my Bell Revolver helmet.

I buy these one because my REvolver EVo Wrap Red helmet medium size fit so tight, by the way I have another Bell Star helmet same size (medium) that fits perfect, so the Revolver one doesn't, hope with these liners fits well

To relieve pressure on temples after a long ride, I.e. 1 hour plus. Hopefully this will help, based on previous comments by others.

because the helmet is hurting my face. hopefully this will solve the problem.
J. L. J on Feb 13, 2015
The 40mm pads that came with the helmet were too tight for my glasses. Hopefully the 35mm pads will prove a better fit.
Eric S on Feb 4, 2015
I found that the 45mm pads that came with my helmet were too thick, so these should help things fit better.

I have a Revolver Evo in size small and the cheeks and temples are a bit snug what would be the correct size if I wanted to switch to the next thinner cheek pads?
A shopper on Jun 22, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I had bought an XL helmet, the cheek pads it came with were 40mm. The helmet was tight. I ordered the 35mm replacements to give more room. So, the smaller the cheek pads the more room you will have in the helmet. This will not affect the temple area much though. I was worried about the tightness of mine but everyone told me that once I wore it a while it would naturally loosen up. They were right. The new cheek pads helped around the face and wearing it a while has helped the temple area fit perfectly.
I just bought a Bell Revolver EVO Rally Helmet XL. Its a bit too snug. I am new to this and know very little of the sizing. I am not sure if i should return the helment, or just get thinner cheek pads. If i do just get thinner cheek pads how does the cheek pad sizing work so i know which ones are thinner?
A shopper on Dec 18, 2012
BEST ANSWER: The pad sizes get thinner as the size gets larger i.e. a small helmet has 55mm pads and a 2XL has 35mm pads.
I bought a used xl online when my head should be in a large. Will it be ok if I change the pads size large?
A shopper on Jul 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You need to refer the question to Bell. My issue was the 2XL helmet was too tight on my cheeks, so I opted for the thinner cheek pads. The helmet is wearable but still too tight on my cheek bones. I think I have an old school neanderthal head. Perhaps you should get the correct helmet size and live happily ever after.
Will the evo pads also fit the older Revolver helmet?
A shopper on Sep 19, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Bell has informed us that the Bell Revolver EVO Cheekpads will work with the older Revolver Helmet.
Are smaller size cheek pads thinner in general or only at the thickest point?
A shopper on Aug 17, 2012
BEST ANSWER: All Revolver EVO cheekpads are uniformly thicker/thinner from size to size and are interchangeable between all size Revolver EVO helmets.
What is the size of the default cheekpads that come with the Bell Revolver Evo (Medium Size)?
A shopper on Aug 12, 2012
BEST ANSWER: After checking a size medium Bell Revolver Evo in our warehouse, we found that the cheek pads are 45mm.
