Fit Vision Comfort I haven't bought an open face helmet in years but always enjoyed the fit of Bell Helmets. The Bell Mag 9 is the most comfortable helmet I've ever owned. Getting a bit tired of the very warm full coverage helmet in the summer I thought I'd give the Mag 9 a try this summer and see how it goes. The adjustable lense and sun visor have been great so far. Wide open view and great peripheral vision make this helmet a winner. Now a bit about the Sena-10 Bluetooth set up I bought to go with this helmet. Great quality and easy setup. But even with the latest software download this thing doesn't play the music from my iPhone anywhere near loud enough to hear at any speed over 50 MPH on my Honda ST 1300 with stock mufflers. For intercom use it may be OK but I'm not using it for that. So if you want to really hear your music you may wish to stay with your ear buds or get some custom fitted ones from Big Ear. May 14, 2013
Nice ! never liked full face ! wide open view So far we like them ! We got two ! I'm unhappy that I can not use ear buds with the Sena 10 ,The helmets let a lot of sound in ! I'm going to order larger cheek pads to to see if it will make it a little more quite ! April 22, 2013
Great Fit I am a typical American with a oval head. I have had problems in the past with the way most of the HJC helmets fit. My wife says that they leave a red spot on the front of my head. For long distances they do cause some pain. Therefore, I am shifting the helmet around by pushing it forward to give me some relief. The Bell Mag 9 fits great. April 22, 2013
Bell Mag 9 SENA 10 open face Helmet.Super bang for the buck!! I always felt "closed in" wearing a full face & lack of peripheral vision was an issue for me. This helmet did away w/any concerns that a full face helmet caused, great field of vision,no buffeting at speed,one handed operation of features,--- flip down sun shield,visor, air vents. very comfortable fit. Love the SENA 10 integrated feature. For me,this helmet has put the FUN back in adventure riding and I no longer feel like "starwars stormtrooper" meaning I no longer scare little kids & ol'folks when I stop. April 8, 2013
This helmet is good for city riding and every day computing Live the shape style and look of the mag9 sena it fits great and the sun visor is dark not like other helmets where it's a smoke color the liner is not made from the best materials out there but it so comfy and one last thing take good care when removing the visor pick or the side pods coz the pins on both of it tend to brake easily.
