Love Bell helmets!
I love this helmet! My only complaint is the air flow. Wish there was 1 more vent.

Strong Entry Level Helmet With a Few Drawbacks
First, let me say that I actually bought the "Strafer" graphic, but my overall experience with the "Arrow" helmet itself has been positive.
I've ridden 500+ miles with this on a combination of my Honda Shadow A.C.E., Suzuki Katana 750, and my friend's Suzuki Marauder. For the price, this helmet is adequate. I'll be upfront, this is not meant for track or super sport speeds. If you're looking for something for commuting, casual riding, or just cruising around you may want to consider this beauty.
It fits fairly well, with some ample room for us intermediate ovals, and the sizing is true to measurements. Some of the tighter fits and shapes of helmets (namely Icon and Shoei) require me to go for large but I ordered a medium and it fit both me and my friend with no problems. Airflow is nice, perhaps a little too much for some people. I feel the protection would be more than up to standards, with supple padding and liner with a sturdy one piece shell construction.
Here are some downsides, though. As I mentioned, airflow is really nice but that also means that on colder nights or temperatures you'll feel it right away. As with more air also comes more noise. It's not a problem until you get into speeds of about 70+ but it then becomes fairly noticeable but still manageable (and I ride without ear plugs). The shield will fog, but as a rider in the south that's going to happen with even the best of helmets and this was not a major issue. Tying into the fogging, though, the shield has no venting detent/slightly cracked setting. It's not a huge detraction, but when cruising in parking lots or lower speeds, you'll wish you had it.
In conclusion: It may not have all the bells and whistles of a $500+ helmet, but if you're looking for a cheap but nice quality entry or passenger helmet, look into the Arrow.

Great for the price!
I bought the black and purple style for my fiancee and she couldnt be happier. We have never found a cooler style so far. She says its a little louder than the old generic helmet she used to use and the padding on her cheeks almost has too much give strait out of the box but it does still fit her. for only $100 you just cant beat it!

Great lid for the money
Got the helmet for my wife and she loves it. She got the bright pink one and it is brite. An amazing helmet but her only complaint is the wind noise is a little loud. I would try it but I cant fit an xs. Oh and the fit is right on if you use a small get a small.

Beginners Helmet
Pros
Price is cheap
Not bad quality for what you're purchasing
Great field of vision
You feel safe inside
Cons
Very Round helmet, but you may like that. (personally i do not)
Wind is Loud when riding faster than 20 mph
Can't where your glasses in there, at least I can't.
OVERALL
Price is cheap for a first buy, protection is there, style is not. Loud but if you're new you won't be hitting the highways.
If you have some extra time and money, upgrade and get a Shoei or Arai or Scorpion, Just saying. ;)
