Woke my bike up
I have a 13 Gsxr 750 and it made a difference. My bike is straight pipe with no cat. It was lagging really bad in first and second gear. I bought this thinking it would make a difference and it did. I want to say it woke it up and took away about 80% of that problem. I know this doesn't add any horsepower but you can instantly feel the difference. It also tricks the bike into thinking it has two 5th gear. I beleive thats how it gives you more top end. I also dont engine brake as bad when i downshift anymore. What you get out of this for the price you are paying is 100& worth it.

You can certainly tell a difference in the power. Gears 5 & 6 show 5 as advertised. Haven't had a chance to test out the new top speed but so far so good. Great product for a cheap price.

Fantastic bang for the buck!!!
So everything that I've researched on this states that it does not increase power on the Suzuki series of bikes. While I have no way to be 100% certain, it sure doesn't feel like that.

It feels way more responsive, and at a higher RPM it opens up like it never has! I don't want to put a PC5/full exhaust yet and I purchased this hoping it would give it a little more kick and it has wildly exceeded my expectations.

I'm on a 2012 GSXR 600 and I highly recommend it. It feels more torquey than anything, but I certain feel like I go through the revs faster.

For $55.00 I figured if it didnt do much, it's money not really lost.

I will say this, the location of the gear position sensor is in a very tight area and I struggled for 30min to get it on. I eventually removed the gas tank bolt, and had my friend hold the gas tank and in less than 30sec I was able to pop it in.

This product is easily installed
Easy to install and well worth the price. Don't know if it actually removes speed gov (don't have anywhere to legally test this) but the decrease in engine braking and increased throttle response is awesome.

Does this product eliminate the 1-4th gear timing retardation with closed to 1/4 way throttle like the older tre that are no longer out there on the market? And does it effect cold start ?
matthew c on Jun 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Shifting is smoother and my bike never had any cold start problems so I don't see any change in that.
would this affect my gear indicator functionality like the others ones that are out there..???
A shopper on Apr 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The only thing it will effect is the 6th gear position. If you are in fifth and sixth gear your indicator will read 5th but, every other gear will read the gear your in. This device will give max power in first and six gear. It tricks your gear indicator and tells it that it's in 5th gear instead of sixth so your not restricted for going over 183mph and you will have full power through all the gears.
what if the zbomb malfunction? whats the result? would it cut off fuel in the middle of a ride and upset chasis like a typical TPS error
