Great Grips. These hand grips are way better than the stock one's that came with the bike. They look awesome and really do reduce vibrations. If you've ever swapped out a pair of hand grips before then these will be no problem. June 26, 2015
The best grip I have bought so far Very stylish and practical. Great finish and quality is awesome. You don't feel the vibration and the numbness from the bike with this grip. Go get it. June 8, 2015
Overall acceptable but I'm a little disappointed Install was a breeze and a perfect fit. However, keep in mind the left grip does not clamp into the switch housing like the stock grip. I used the glue that came with the grip (despite what is recommended in the Q&A) because if the grip isn't clamped by the switch housing I want the security of glue for peace of mind. The appearance of these grips is excellent from certain angles, just don't look at the bar end..... It's very disappointing and looks like cheap plastic....very bland. They should put the logo on the bar end to spruce it up a bit like they do on some of their other grips. I can't say for sure but the whole grip feels like cheap plastic out of the package. On the bike they feel solid and the edge / contrast cut is nice. Don't get me wrong, these look better than stock grips for sure, I just expected higher quality. The best part of these grips and what makes them worth it is the feel on the bike. They are big and chunky and very comfortable. I'm happy with the price I paid and overall I can live with them but I will look closely at other brands next time. I'm new to Harley Davidson, coming from a Ducati, so maybe I expect too much from the aftermarket. April 30, 2015
Good quality, not so easy to install Really confortable and low profile. Great when you want a minimalistic look. However, don't try to install by yourself if you are a newbie like me. :) October 27, 2014
Fast delivery and great product would recommend The salesman was very helpful, and the grips arrived in two days. Very happy with service and product. These grips look and feel great on my CVO Fatboy. June 2, 2014
Great grip at a great price These grips are just what I was looking for. Simple design, well crafted, and affordable. I would purchase again for use on another project. March 17, 2014
Big comfy grips! Gotta love these things. Wanted something larger than stock and these fit the bill. The rubber inserts are awesome and reduce vibration. They look and feel great, got what I paid for. January 12, 2014

Kyle A asked: I have a 2005 dyna lowrider will these grips work? also how do you tell if you have Fly-by-wire or dual cable? Apr 20, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Victor N: To know if your bike has FBW or dual cable always check the owners manual. With that said, I am almost certain your 2005 dyna has dual cable. With regards to if the grips will fit your specifc bike, I would check whith Arlen Ness.
If you do buy them, DO NOT USE The glue that comes with it. Not good at all.

Kelly W: Fly by wire are on newer touring bikes 08 and newer(cable is run inside bar with position sensors). If you have two cables running up to throttle. You have dual cables..
They will fit bars that are 1 inch in diameter at ends. Thay will fit.. Hope that helps.

Taylor H: Fly by wire is an internal electrical sensor. If you loom at your right handlebar and see two cables parallel from eachother aside from yyor brake like, three cables total, it is not fly-by. 90% or 14' year and below are fly by. Yes these grips will fit. Apr 20, 2015

Chuck D: I'm fairly certain these grips will work on your bike...and they're really comfortable. As far as Fly by Wire...look at the underside of your throttle grip. If you have 2 cables coming out,you have dual-wire. Hope it helps!! Apr 20, 2015

A shopper asked: My bike is a 2015 883 Iron, which type should I buy? May 17, 2015

Robert F: I'm happy with the black deep cut comfort grips I purchased. Their definitely nicer then most aftermarket grips and do cut down the vibrations. When your rolling on or off the gas you can feel a bit of rubbing on the end of the bar. If they (Arlen Ness) make that roller-bearing insert for your particular application, you might think of adding those too. Hope this helped

Don F: I got the soft grip engraved for my Harley . Really Iike the look, had them a few years and they still look brand new. Was a little disappointed at the quality when they first came out of the box. Chromed plastic caps, but they have lasted so far. Also got the matching pegs very cool May 18, 2015

Would these fit a harley 48?
Thanks
May 23, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Don F: No reason why they should not, as long as there 1" grips for 1" bars . Installation is easy and straight forward. Just be careful of the little brass idle and throdle cable ends. Don't drop one. May 23, 2014
